Pros: I love the fact that my competitor can't just go online and bad mouth me and my company pretending to be a customer. And I don't have to rely on Yelp to filter the fake reviews

Cons: I just wished I found them earlier. This is so much easier than looking for your rating online. Now we have one dashboard that is so much easier to use. And way cheaper than Yext and Birdeye

Overall: We are still using it and very happy with the results
