Pros: Give DevOps top view of whole CICD workflows. Easy to understand which commit with which build and test results.

Cons: Should support more CICD tools, such as ArgoCD.
No condition workflow (for example if A then B).
Not easy to customize scripts.

Overall: Very nice engineer support. Easy to understanding the pipeline design. Easy to tracking build status.

Pros: A big picture view and control of the build process, with a nice browser-based interface. Great customer support.

Cons: I don't have any cons to report at this time. Their support team quickly helped me when I had a question.

Overall: We use ReleaseIQ to control the various steps in our Jenkins builds (build, install to embedded device, run automated tests (BVT), and deploy). ReleaseIQ gives us a good big-picture view of the build status and test results. At this point we are only using it for our current project, but it will become even more of a time saver when we start using it to manage builds for multiple projects. ReleaseIQ is a time saver for me, allowing me to easily manage builds without having to monitor individual Jenkins jobs.

Pros: Pipeline configuring setup for a CI/CD process is very easy and innovative. By using the RIQ Pipeline it makes the respective developers to track the status of their commits for a deployments and failures. ReleaseIQ EKS deployments is a very useful component in their product which makes us integrate with other tools especially Jenkins for building an image which dynamically used by the EKS component to apply it to our cluster. Pipeline UI gave us better looks on logs/Pipeline status.

Cons: I personally don't feel any cons for ReleaseIQ. It fits well for automated deployment Process we do using Puppet.

Overall: Product exactly fits for the CI/CD Purpose giving us a good usability, Learnability, Customizable Pipeline with a stable and fast Processing.
Overall Product is very convenient to use.
