ParkingChief is parking management software for garages, surface lots, hotels and valet operations. Attendants run valet on a ruggedized handheld: vehicle intake with AI license plate recognition at check-in, key hook tracking, SMS and QR digital tickets, paper tickets where you still need them, and card payment taken on the device. Guests request their car by text and get an ETA. It also runs scan-to-pay and pay-as-you-go payments, digital validations with a partner portal, monthly permits, enforcement, and an operator portal with live reporting. Every payment, validation, permit and ticket lands in one live session record per vehicle. Unlike software-only valet platforms, ParkingChief also supplies the hardware: handheld terminals, LPR cameras, gates and kiosks. It also runs on the PARCS equipment you already own, so you can modernize without replacing it.
