Pros: It should be an easy to use product.... should be, but it is easy to plug in download activate after that nothing but headaches and time wasted
Cons: It's garbage it shows as up to date and activated on my computer but they keep telling me first it wasn't activated... it was 2nd not up to date reformat try again. I don't have a year to fix their garbage asked for a refund multiple times keep getting the run around
Overall: HORRIBLE, Dumpster fire, not fun, customer service gives you the run around having you do stuff multiple times to no avail

The updater confirmed this, which proves the device was working as intended. Despite that, you demanded a refund after using the product - and when that wasn’t possible, you threatened to post a bad review. Well, here it is. You’ve also repeated the same comments across different review sites. That doesn’t look like the actions of someone who genuinely wanted to use the product - it looks like someone intent on trying to cause damage instead of finding a solution. Even dogs don’t foul where they eat, yet you’ve chosen to do just that. Redkey USB is trusted globally by individuals, businesses, and government organisations. Pros: Redkey USB is incredibly easy to use, even for someone who's not super tech-savvy. The interface is straightforward, and it walks you through the steps to wipe your data securely. I love that it meets high standards like NIST 800-88, which gives me peace of mind knowing my data is really gone. The data wipe certificates are a nice touch, especially if you need proof for work or personal records.
Cons: The only downside is that you can only wipe one device at a time with each key. This can be a bit time-consuming if you have multiple devices to clean. But I've heard they're working on a new version that will let you wipe several devices at once, so that should help.
