About Rebounce

Most failed subscription payments don't come back on a retry. Expired cards, 3D Secure requests and generic bank declines need the customer to act, and most customers never notice the payment failed.

Rebounce connects to Stripe, Paddle or Square in a few minutes. When a payment fails, it reads the decline code, retries only when a retry can work, and sends the customer a short sequence by email, SMS or WhatsApp with a link to a page where they update the card or confirm 3D Secure. No login needed. The sequence stops the moment the invoice is paid.

In our own data, 44% of customers who opened the payment link paid on that page, while automatic retries recovered 5.5%.
