    "Stay Away!"

    Pros: There is no Pros in using Rapyd. The only thing is they make it easy to sing up because they want your money.

    Cons: I am sure they will be out of business soon, it is practically impossible to work with Rapyd.
    1. They make almost impossible to track the transaction, this is just to confuse the final user to check how much they charge you.
    2. After few months I discovered, with a big head ache that we paid way more fees, they had to transfer around 500 EUR to us.
    3. We had our last client transaction in March and we had to wait until October to receive all funds.
    4. We cancelled our account at the beginning of November and we had to wait until now for the full closure.
    5. They charged us an enormous amount of fee to close the account and they say it was in their Terms.

    Overall: Conclusion: it is a scam! Stay very far away of them, it is literally almost illegal to work with them and they will make your life miserable.

    "Terrible experience, scammed 500 USD"

    Pros: Nothing is a pro on this platform, nor the way they charge you scamming you money without you ever authorized it.

    Cons: Absolutely terrible experience. We were originally using Neat, which was working just fine. Then this company bought Neat and things went downhill. They started charging us $99 per month randomly, and what makes it worse is that we don't even use this service. They never sent us an email or any kind of notification to alert us about these charges. We found out five months later that they had been taking funds we never authorized. We're extremely unhappy and feel our money was taken unfairly."

    Overall: Terrible experience. They bought Neat that was working perfectly and then they started to randomly charge 99 USD per month. An account we don't even use. Without any email notification to tell you that. We found 5 months of stolen funds we never authorized to take, while not even using that terrible platform.

    "Stole $38,000!!. "

    Pros: We have been processing with them for 2 years! They then decided that our business model does not match their requirements and have stolen $38,000!

    Cons: They have not told us how or if we will get the money back and have just closed our account! It is really horrible! They are thieves! No email, we had to email them 10 times to get them to respond as to why we were unable to process? Then they did not mention anything about our monies.

    Overall: Just they cannot work with us and now they have stolen our $38,000! They were even holding monies from over 6 months ago that they were releasing to us every day but are now holding and have reversed! Criminal operation

    Pros: I like how good was the NeatCommerce company I opened the account with before being acquired by Rapyd.

    If you're lucky like me to leave before things get really bad for your money, your losses will be low compared to the average customers.

    Cons: Steal your money.

    High monthly fees without your consent.

    Overall: Feels like a great scam overall, with company changing name in order to steal customer money.

    "A Deceptive Company with Hidden Fees and Poor Customer Support"

    Pros: Rapyd is a scam company with hidden fees, poor support, and deducting money without access to the account - avoid at all costs!

    Cons: Rapyd is an outright scam company. I initially had an account with Neatcommerce that had no monthly charges, but ever since Rapyd took over, I couldn't even log in. It's frustrating that there's no way to reach support without logging in, and their website conveniently omits any mention of fees. Even if they did notify me of a fee change, it was deliberately hidden among lengthy text. Despite providing ample evidence, they still deducted $396 from my account while denying a refund. It's apparent that this company is sinking if they resort to scamming customers to stay afloat. Avoid Rapyd at all costs; they can't be trusted!

    Overall: Rapyd is a scam company with hidden fees, poor support, and deducting money without access to the account - avoid at all costs!

    "Weird service. Support is not responding. The account is not verified or activated."

    Pros: Support is ignoring and not responding.
    I didn’t even manage to use their services, because after registering there I had to fill in preliminary data, after which I had to wait for the sales department to contact me. And as indicated there, up to 30 days can take.
    So for several months no one contacted me at all.
    To my questions in support, about when the sales department will contact me, no one answered me!
    In general, for several months my account is just in the sandbox and support is not responding.
    And most importantly, they then removed the button altogether so that I could write to support and clarify the status of my account!

    Cons: Lack of support.

    Overall: Thank God my account is in the sandbox and I was not able to use their service otherwise, in the absence of a support service, can you imagine what could be there?

    "Utterly poor and expensive service "

    Pros: Nothing.

    NOT A SINGLE PRO.

    Cons: USD 99 service charge per month! Regardless of account size? This makes a joke out of the hateful commercial banks withe their outdated charges ....!!!!!!
    And when you want to leave after struggling with an interface that is very very bad and not user friendly online, ................................. WAIT FOR THIS .......................(DRUMROLL) YOU SEE A MESSAGE AS YOU CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT THAT YOU ARE LIABLE FOR A USD 75 CHARGE TO CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT.............................. (ha, ha)

    Overall: Laughable USD 99 service fee a month.
    Virtual banks are meant to be providing a less overcharged option that commercial banks....
    I think Rapyd missed the bus!

    "STOLE MY MONEY"

    Pros: None, absolutely none.

    ZERO!

    Cons: KYB process takes over 2 months.
    They don't pay out your money.
    They had to fix their website just so we could kind of use it.

    BE CAREFUL OF THEIR FEES! Very very very very expensive so don't think you will make any profit.

    Overall: 0/10!
