Pros: Nothing - can’t even respond to my emails. Happy to charge me instantly and tell me it takes minutes which a lie

Cons: Took my money instantly off my card. Received an email saying they have received my funds and “and will start processing your transaction immediately.” Then 20 minutes later another email “Your transaction is taking a bit longer than usual” yet no replies and no crypto

Overall: SCAMMERS - purchase or swap your crypto ANYWHERE but here. Do not trust. You won’t receive support or the crypto

Pros: Nothing at all, terrible, horrible, do not recommend, find another company. Absolutely trash. Not good

Cons: Everything. The company banned me during the application process for no reason. I literally followed the protocol it asked for and then got instantly banned. Still waiting for my transaction to be refunded.

Overall: Terrible, find another company. I do not recommend them at all. They banned me during the setup process with no explanation. Wasted a ton of my time.

Pros: Good prices, very quick purchases with Apple Pay, and the ability to sell crypto, all in one app. It's also much simpler to use than an exchange.

Cons: Not much. It does its job pretty well. Looking forward to when then expand crypto offering

Overall: If you are a beginner investor looking for a simple way to buy or sell crypto, try Ramp Network. I wish they supported more tokens, but they cover all the main ones, more than most of the people typically trade.

Pros: I've been using Ramp for a while and it never let me down. The crypto is delivered very fast, they support a lot of different tokens, and the rates are very good.

Cons: Honestly, there are no cons... the product delivers exactly as promised and has been consistently smooth.

Overall: It is great. Fast, reliable, and also super easy for beginners to use. I always recommend Ramp to my friends who want to start their journey in crypto.

Pros: Only good thing about Ramp is Nothing. Absolute waste of time they ruined my week. They made me lose money and sleep on the street stranded.

Cons: They should close their company it’s useless, there are many other deposit methods which are actually instant. This company is for holding your money against you.

Overall: If u want to ruin your mood for the week then by all means use Ramp. They also give a fake company address on their email.

Pros: I have nothing to say, it's all bad. There is no Pros, just con after con after con...well, it's all green and i like the color green.

Cons: After you send them all your personal data (ID, bills etc..) they have the audacity to ask for your employment status and how much you earned (with proof)for the last tree months as a process of verification.

Support is AI bot and they just close your ticket or accuse you of duplicating account, because you started the verification process again because it failed on their part.

Overall: Frustrating, more bureaucracy than some ex-soviet governments, dysfunctional, non user friendly at all.

Pros: Ramp offered the lowest fee on MetaMask for the crypto I wanted to “buy instantly.”

Ramp had a lot of positive press about MetaMask integration.

Cons: Takes a full 5 day or longer to receive crypto for an “instant buy.”

Overall: Even after full verification with government identification and selfie, the transaction will make a minimum of 1 business day for manual review. All the other platforms will either instantly confirm or deny a transaction.

Unbelievable after being verified and using Apple Pay (the most trustworthy of the payment methods).
