Raklet

Pros: Since I mostly deal with film photography and my boyfriend does digital photography, we had to separate our club’s members into two tiers to give them easier access to what they needed; Raklet is always there to make our hobby more professional with their exceptional customer support. They reply quickly, can arrange quick support calls to listen to your feedback and problems. Their member management, online payment features, calendar integrations to schedule events, membership tiers, and many more features have helped us greatly on our journey. We are looking forward to growing our Capture it! with Raklet.

Cons: We are very content with what they have to offer for us as a club. Yet, the only issue we could address is that we have to use drive in order to store the photos that we have taken, but it has not been a big of a deal to today.

Overall: Raklet has helped us move our club forward with their extensive features. We were able to automate memberships, collect payments, organize events and much more. We're looking forward to doing more with Raklet.

Pros: As a movie club, we organize a lot of events. Raklet has helped us organize these events and send notifications to our members accordingly. Some of these events are free, and some of them require a small fee, and we can collect all of this seamlessly through the platform, which makes the accounting side of our organization much easier. We used to do everything by hand, slowly entering information to an Excel Spreadsheet and writing the names of every member who has paid for a ticket, but now that we use Raklet, all of it is done automatically. We are also particularly enjoying the social network feature; we can discuss and share our thoughts after a movie that we have watched. Thanks to this feature, we can have focused discussions with participants of the event that a particular movie was shown. Since it's on our Raklet platform, these discussions remain focused on the particular movies and our members' thoughts on them.

Cons: A challenge in the beginning was to convince so many people to make a new account and use it continuously. Since members of high school movie clubs all around Istanbul can join our events, we wanted them to make Raklet accounts so we can keep everything organized. It's a completely different and foreign platform, and they all prefer social media, so it was a challenge to convert them to Raklet. In order to convince them, we put discounts on ticket prices, which worked really well.

Overall: We really enjoy using Raklet and will be using it for a long time. It's our passion to organize events and connect with students who love movies just as we do. Raklet has made this process of coming together so much easier, and we have already begun planning more events in the future.

Pros: As a small membership association, we wanted a communication platform for our members, and easy access to member & event data. Storing membership data and being able to export it all was one of our top priorities when picking a software. Raklet helps us run this process effortlessly. We can easily track relevant membership info, event attendance, membership fee payments, and much more thanks to Raklet. The platform has saved us a lot of trouble with data, especially since we don't have the most knowledge when it comes to technology. Their interface is easy-to-use and so far has been very smooth. No complaints from our members whatsoever. They're also cheaper than most software on the market that I'm sure do the exact same thing, which is an added bonus.

Cons: To be frank, there aren't many things to complain about. My only issue is sometimes I can tell they are run by a very small team compared to their competitors. The time difference with the support team has sometimes caused delays in solving some of my issues. But despite that, they have always been very kind and helpful towards my questions when we were able to communicate.

Overall: My overall experience with Raklet is very positive. I would recommend their software in a heartbeat to anyone that needs a stable and easy membership platform.

Pros: For our members, we have three membership tiers and we wanted lock some announcements and events to particular tiers. With Raklet, we did this seamlessly, and it helped us organize who is going to a particular event and who isn't. On the topic of memberships, our members could use their digital membership cards to enter our club without needing to have their cards on them. This both helped when they were forgetful, and furthermore reduced our carbon footprint, because we didn't have to issue new cards annually.

Cons: An issue we had at the beginning was to move all of our members to Raklet. Importing contacts wasn't difficult, but convincing them to make new accounts was a bit of a challenge since they were used to mails and not a new platform. It took a bit over a month for all of our members to make their Raklet accounts and keep up to date with our club.

Overall: Raklet has helped us greatly, and we are very pleased with our decision to switch completely to their platform. It helps us organize events much easier, and their digital card software has been well-liked by all of our members.

Pros: One of the pros of Raklet is undeniably their customer support. You talk to actual people through their live chat. They replied to our questions quickly, and when both parties were online, we found solutions to our problems in a matter of minutes. We're also a relatively new organization, and do not have an IT person yet, so their demo and support calls where particularly valuable as we set up Raklet as our main platform. We collected donations and held fundraising events through Raklet, and managed to raise more money than we ever did in the past year. We're looking forward to using the platform more efficiently in the years to come.

Cons: There are a couple of hours of time difference between us and their support team, so sometimes it was a matter of chance if we would be online at the same time. Another con was that we weren't familiar with membership platforms before, we operated through Excel. As such, we did not know how to export our contacts and set up events, fundraisers etc. However, like we have said, their support team was quick with their solutions as they answered our questions over and over again.

Overall: It's an intuitive software and their customer service is very helpful. It has helped us move Protect Nature forward, and we are planning to continue collecting donations and fundraisers through Raklet in the future.

Pros: Raklet has helped our book club a lot in terms of event and membership management since we began using it 6 months ago. We now find it easier to track, administer, and promote all of our online events with their easy-to-use platform. We don't need to use separate tools to plan events or send out campaigns or invitations to our members. Everything is easily accessible and manageable from one place! The Zoom integration works seamlessly in terms of online meetups. Collecting all necessary membership information and storing the data is problem-free once you get the hang of it. Overall, we're very pleased with Raklet and hope to stay with them for a long time in the future.

Cons: I don't have many complaints overall. Just that some parts have been hard to understand and navigate for us, but that is mostly because we don't know much about technology in the first place. The customer service team has been really helpful towards our questions whenever we had them. Still, I believe that a more in-depth orientation and onboarding process would have been helpful. I hope they take this into consideration moving forward, it would benefit many "non-tech-savvy" people like myself.

Overall: Our overall experience with Raklet has been very pleasant. We can manage our book club effortlessly thanks to them, and it has been the greatest help during quarantine for our online meetups.

Pros: We use Raklet as an alumni engagement platform. We needed an alumni engagement platform a few months ago, and Raklet helped us get it up and operating in just two days. It features a straightforward interface that is simple to operate and allows us complete control over our operations. We can use one platform to advertise events, raise funds, make announcements, post job openings, and send newsletter emails.

Cons: The don't have a PayPal integration yet but I talked to support team and they said they were going to build it in a couple of months. We are using Stripe and it worked smoothly so far.

Overall: From an administrative point, Raklet is a time saver. It has all the features we need and we don't need to use a different tool for everything. It also helped us improving the level of engagement among our alumni. The majority of our senior year students use job boards to find jobs and internships this is a fantastic resource.

Pros: Our administrative personnel isn't tech-savvy, hence it was difficult for us to work with something intricate. Raklet is simple and clear, so we can figure out what we want to do in a matter of seconds. Large numbers of people are also simple to manage. We have over 10,000 users in our contact database, and keeping track of them, organizing events, collecting payments, and sending messages is usually a nightmare. Raklet has all of the tools we require in one place, allowing us to concentrate our efforts and spend more time on the project rather than the platform.

Cons: Email designer can use some update in terms of visuality.

Overall: It is almost impossible to find software we can afford and much more difficult to find a platform that meets all of our requirements, therefore I recommend that everyone who works with large organizations use this product. It allows you to concentrate on projects rather than task management.

Pros: I have been looking into a club management software for a long time. It wasn't easy for me to decide as we are a small club of coffee enthusiasts, and we can only collect so much membership fees. They were incredibly helpful in offering us affordable prices. Since we use Raklet, I can honestly say the engagement in our club has been incredible. We organize coffee tastings every week and our members can register themselves. It was also great to create our digital cards, we feel more pronounced and more like a real club.

Cons: It would be great if we can just organize recurring events as coffee tastings are now a weekly event on our club. If you organize events every week or so, it might become a little bit repetitive creating the same event over and over again. But they said they will update their event management feature soon.

Overall: It has been a great experience since we moved to Raklet. We only had a WordPress website before, which our members were not active at all. Now, they can discuss about different topics, send private messages to each other, and overall engage better.

Pros: We are a non profit organization operating in the US. We chose Raklet to create an online membership platform for our members. It took the burden off of our shoulders. We used spreadsheets to go track and sign up members before, and now with this kind of an online membership platform, we are saving considerable amount of time. Other than the product, the support team has been incredibly responsive, and they help you however they can. One thing I like the most about Raklet is that they update their product once a month at least. With all the help they offer to non profits, I believe we made the right choice.

Cons: We sell merchandise to fund our organization, and Raklet don't have a native online store for now. But we were said to integrate Shopify instead.

Overall: Well, until now, we didn't have encountered any problems with the software. It is really user friendly as even I can use it pretty easily even if I'm not a tech-savvy person. You can pretty much run your whole organisation on Raklet.

Pros: It's really easy to use and we were able to get up and running in couple of days. Support team was really helpful on chat and assisted us along the way.

Cons: I wished the custom domain feature was offered in their lower priced plans.

Overall: Overall, great value for the features they offer. We've looked into several association management softwares in the market. Most of them cost a fortune but Raklet is really affordable and user friendly.

Pros: It's easy to use. We've setup our account in less than an hour and started collecting membership payments.

Cons: It'd be great to have more video tutorials. They have some on Youtube but it would be helpful to have more.

Overall: Highly recommended. Flexible membership types. They also offer other built-in apps and integrations.
