Iterative Billing is an ISP billing and network management platform for internet service providers, WISPs and WiFi hotspot operators, from a first hotspot to 9,378 customers on a single account. It automates billing, invoicing and collections through M-Pesa (Paybill, Till, STK Push), MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, Flutterwave, Paystack, Pesapal and more, and activates or suspends service in seconds through a built-in RADIUS server with CoA. It manages MikroTik RouterOS v6 and v7 (onboarded over VPN, no public IP needed) and Huawei OLTs, and manages customer routers remotely over TR-069. Operators also get a NOC monitor, a network map, double-entry accounting with payroll and stock, KRA eTIMS-aligned invoicing, hotspot vouchers with branded captive portals, a shared WhatsApp inbox with an AI assistant, and AI agents that troubleshoot routers and reset customer WiFi. Operator apps for iOS and Android and a subscriber self-care app complete it. Pricing is usage-based and capped.
