Dolphin File Manager
Dolphin is KDE's file manager that lets you navigate and browse the contents of your hard drives, USB sticks, SD cards, and more. Creating, moving, or deleting files and folders is simple and fast. Dolphin contains plenty of productivity features that will save you time. The multiple tabs and split view features allow navigating multiple folders at the same time, and you can easily drag and drop files between views to move or copy them. Dolphin's right-click menu provides many quick actions that let you compress, share, and duplicate files, among many other things. You can also add your own custom actions. Dolphin is very lightweight, but at the same time, you can adapt it to your specific needs. This means that you can carry out your file management exactly the way you want to. Dolphin supports three different view modes: a classic grid view of all the files, a more detailed view, and a tree view. You can also configure most of Dolphin's behavior.

Folder Hub
Folder Hub functions similarly to a floating Finder and cleverly utilizes the notch on your Mac.
When you move your cursor to the notch area of your Mac, a window will pop up, floating above other windows, and you can use it almost the same way you use Finder.
You can drag files into your workspace.
You can double-click to folders.
You can right-click to open the menu and sort items.
You can drag and move files around.
However, unlike Finder, to use Folder Hub, you first need to create a workspace that contains the folders you frequently access, such as Desktop, Downloads, etc. Once your workspace is created, you can instantly access these folders in a floating window format.
Advantages of Folder Hub Over Finder:
Floating Window Accessibility: Folder Hub presents a floating window that’s always at your disposal. There's no need to move current windows around, expose the desktop, or drag files manually from the desktop.

PerigeeCopy
PerigeeCopy is a configurable Win32 shell extension that lets you copy, move, and delete files with the ease of Explorer's GUI, while at the same time adding additional features and options, not the least of which is the ability to resume after errors and retry any failed files at the end of the job. Copy or cut files and folders to the clipboard normally, using Explorer. Then right-click the destination folder, and select "PerigeePaste" (instead of "Paste"). Alternatively, check "Use PerigeeCopy by default" in the options dialog, and drag-drop files normally. As with Windows Explorer, files will be moved when the source and destination folders are on the same drive, and copied otherwise.
