Pros: º It is easily adapted for any company when you want to measure expenses and have your company's taxes right. It is very flexible regarding the functionality you need depending on the plan that best suits your company. So you have the freedom of not occupying all the functions if you want to handle a simple accounting without so much information.

º All the information can be worked on in a different team since it is synchronized for each number that I added to this platform. This is very useful to work collaboratively when a team is only dedicated to accounting and requires several people due to the amount of information that is handled in the company related to accounting numbers.

º I can import information through files in CSV format. This was very pleasing to me since we handled the accounting in these types of files and transferring all that information to QuickBooks without losing anything was a relief for me. In addition, it prevented us from starting from scratch all the work that we already had at the time of the implementation of this platform with our company.

º It integrates very well with most of the products that have to do with SaaS since it is very extensive when it is necessary to synchronize information such as expenses, income, customers, invoices, etc.

º The reports are very complete and detailed when generating them, we practically do not carry out manual reports, nor do we require modification of those reports to eliminate unnecessary data. It is simply complete and detailed for the accounting needs that we require in the company.

Cons: º There is a problem when we want to handle foreign currencies, it is simply confusing all the number of zeros that it carries unlike the dollar. In addition, the conversion to other currencies is not precise and tends to have very large variations when we want to compare the exchange rate of that country. This is very serious in accounting since the accounts are not clear, thus limiting the exclusive use of the dollar to handle these cases of price discrepancies.

º Not only do you have to know about accounting, but you also have to learn to use this platform well so that there are no errors or missing information when doing the company's accounting. Don't be surprised when I tell you that the platform looks very user-friendly, but the amount of functions you need to know is overwhelming for the normal user who doesn't understand accounting.

º The use of the internet is mandatory for this platform and that is unusual since for us it is not necessary that a platform can only be executed if there is a connection. It is at times like these that I prefer to change platforms because if I am paying for a service I would like to have it available even if I am not connected to the internet which generates distractions at work time, which requires a lot of concentration to do the accounting .

º It does not adapt very well when wanting to export to Google Sheets, it is uncomfortable to see our QuickBooks accounting files and we use that Google platform to see the Excel files, however the QuickBooks files are not well reflected due to the great incompatibility with multiple elements. They should have export options not only by file type but depending on what other platform I want to export.

º There are times when the synchronization fails or the service simply goes down, so you have to wait for everything to be solved since this platform, as previously mentioned, only works with an internet connection, making this more complicated when it comes to requiring everything in a certain time without However, the failures that have occurred have prevented the timely delivery of the accounting. This has not always happened, but it has happened from time to time and I require a stable platform to be able to optimize my work.

Overall: I solved the problem of financial management within my company since the accounting books were made by hand and it was an arduous and tedious task, causing information to be lost in the process and the accounts not to be completely clear. I was able to import bank statements to streamline the process of importing company financial transaction data, so I didn't have to do all of that manually.

I was able to configure this platform according to the needs of my company since it was very flexible when it came to implementing this platform. I kept all the data in sync so I could access my accounting at any time when I wanted to see in real time how everything was going. I was able to share the information I have on this platform with an accountant to determine that everything was correct and thanks to this it has helped me to make changes to small errors that have been made.

In summary, I can have a complete follow-up of all the commercial expenses and income that my company has had during a certain established time, thus keeping my accounts clear about the economic status of my company when I manage my finances through QuickBooks. In addition, I have easily prepared myself each year with my taxes by having my accounts clear with this platform, so I stay in order and everything continues to work in order.

Pros: QuickBooks gives me an instant and clear overview of were my money is spend and compare it to my current budget, and previous years P&L's.

Cons: We tried using QuickBooks Online as it would make it easier for multiple users but I found that it made our accounting a bit messier. Maybe it's something we will revisit in the future.

Overall: I find QuickBooks an easy tool for any business as you don't need to be an accountant to manage your flow of money, it also has saved us on accounting fees as we can do most of the work our selves.

Pros: The ease of letting someone else have access to handle the accounting; I trust QB to handle all our our taxes and keeping our books straight.

Cons: While I trust QB, sometimes it would be nice for me to handle the accounting on my timeline instead of having to wait.

Overall: Quickbooks has all your managerial and HR and payroll needs to help your day to day run smoothly. I recommend to anyone.

Pros: Best looking accounting software out there. The colors are great. Dashboards give real time information. Ability to customize and even automate certain tedious things like scanning bank statements and accounting for expenses are taken care of.

Cons: A very basic software that cannot be used once business gets larger. A shame actually. Also the audit and internal controls need to be more robust

Overall: Overall a great software for SMEs and gives a fresh and exciting look to accounting ERPs. We get ready to use templates and also an option to create our own reports

- Often times out when opening a client.

Overall: If you have a side-hustle as a small bookkeeping business, this is a good software to maintain your clients. There are a lot of issues with the program crashing though.

Pros: QuickBooks Accountants is an application that manages in a very concrete and transparent way all the accounting procedures performed in small businesses. It has a system for creating invoice reports, financial balances, bank reconciliations and reminders of overdue or upcoming payments.

Cons: This application does not have resources that are important in the field that is intended to develop; a clear example is that it lacks to store audit trails to determine your inventories or internal billing tools that can be used to control the assets of the organization.

Overall: Getting QuickBooks Accountants as an accounting management resource is really useful and productive for small businesses, you can schedule tax payments or get a complete report of your financial balances in real time. But at the same time you can't get a report of what is the financial balance of your inventory.

Pros: Quickbooks is an all in one solution for my firm AND for my clients. The ability to organize clients, the machine learning to simplify repeated tasks, and interfaces from multiple other software services sets this above the competition. It's easy to add team members and assign then to different clients and the admin roles allow a good amount of control plus flexibility.

Cons: Not every function is fully intuitive and it does take time to get used to Quickbooks. There are not custom workflows and the document retention features are not as robust as they could be.

Overall: This software is the foundation of my accounting practice and the hub of my business. It can handle almost all the accounting, billing, & even payroll needs of most of my clients. I've run into a few problems over the years but the customer support team has always been able to help me resolve them. I'm a raving supporter and consistently recommend this to colleagues.

Pros: Quickbooks is fairly intuitive and has a very nice interface. It definitely does the job when it comes to our accounting needs, and it automatically syncs with some other tools that we use like Mavenlink.

Cons: The way that the tool confirms that you've saved a bill is weird. Something small pops up to confirm it's been saved, but then it disappears, and sometimes I'll find myself not remembering if I saved it already, and have had times where I've accidentally pressed save too many times and caused duplicates. There could be ways to make it easier for the user when something is saved, and also when it's auto-filling info from a previously saved bill (something as simple as different text colors).

Overall: Overall, the tool definitely does the job and has a pretty attractive user interface compared to some other less attractive tools.

Pros: With QuickBooks Accountants, it has been easy to handle all business accounting and invoicing obligations such as inventory control and invoice customization.

Cons: On my client end, I do not have anything that I dislike since QuickBooks Accountants meets all my accounting desires.

Overall: My overall experience has been remarkable for the past two years since I have been recording zero errors while managing cash flows.

Pros: Its simple interface helps the user to update easily. The vendor, customer, stakeholders can be created within minutes and all their transactions will be updated. Its auto filtered by the selected criteria helps the user to input in systematic manner. The credit debit report will be made easily and as per the user required parameters.

Cons: Nothing as of now which can be considered a problem, in fact support team is ready to provide the solution if needed.

Overall: Overall this application helps the user to track and record the transactions of the customers, vendors etc and make systematic report for taking the management decision on time. It's easily accepted by the taxation and user can also create their own taxation rules as per the government guidelines. Customer support is good and mostly available on Chat.
