Qtis

Pros: It's user-friendly and can be built to meet our needs and generate the reports I will need for my Grant requirements.

Cons: Nothing to report on as of now; we just started using this program on January 1, 2023.

Overall: Hello, my name is Beth, and I am currently working for a Multi-Jurisdictional Drug Task Force that works with local, State, and Federal agencies. The Qtis program was presented to us by Mr. Gabriel Reina (Founder & CEO of Zinatt Technologies). Mr. Reina has been very reliable, friendly, and a good communicator.
Our task force started using the Qtis program on January 1st of this year. Qtis has been great in creating and implementing a new and tailored investigative/evidence program for us, that is also user-friendly. Qtis seems to have all the necessary tools that our task force needs and will help me in generating the reports that I need to complete our Grant paperwork and requirements.
I can’t say enough about the Qtis program and would recommend it to anyone!

Pros: Ease of use, and customized to the need of our investigations agency. It allows our manager and investigators to assign cases, complete daily updates, final reports and video and photos. They are all under the case they are worked. The days of having email chains are over with Qtis.

Cons: None. To date, we have not seen any cons to this product.

Overall: Gabriel, and his team at Qtis listened to what we needed and provided a software that provided everything we needed to complete and streamline our investigations.

Pros: Programing in easy to use and customer service is excellent. Any issues I have had have been addressed by support staff immediately and programming has been adjusted to better fit my needs.

Cons: No comment. I have not had any "Con" issues to this date.

Overall: The product fits my needs for my organization and has been of great value a number of times. There have been occasions when my organization needs were not part of the programming. Issues were addressed and intuitive solutions were put in place.

Pros: They have a great product, it's intuitive and easy to use. Customer service is superior to others in the industry.

Cons: Haven't found any so far. They are always willing to expand and improve their product to make it more convenient for the customer.

Overall: Since the beginning, the representatives were very in tune with the software solution I was looking for. They not only listened and understood the business needs, but delivered a timely product for my team. The whole team did a great job developing the platform we needed and addressing any issues that came up.

Pros: I was able to share large amounts of data. I've tried other file share services and like the ease of transferring large amounts of data that can be shared by opposing attorneys for forwarding to my client. Further, the documents may be saved for a substantial length of time.

Cons: Some of the larger videos it would take some time to upload but they may depend on my internet speeds.

Overall: I would recommend Qtis to others to give it a try. Especially, for a free trial period. Compare to other file sharing services.

Pros: Qtis helped me focus my efforts to meet a deadline to get my political petition signatures submitted on time.

Cons: For smaller jurisdictions, the price might be more of a challenge than a larger jurisdiction.

Overall: I found it very easy to import the voter roll. Before, I would have worked with spreadsheets to organize and sort the data, but with Qtis I import the data and sort/filter the information to maximize my limited resources.
