"reliable at bulk order sizes" Posted 2026-10-16
Pros: Bulk orders of 100+ inboxes handled without quality drop or timeline slippage compared to smaller batches. Consistent whether i order 20 or 200 which is rare for reseller vendors at this scale.
Cons: Volume discount thresholds could be more visible upfront.
Overall: Bulk order reliability is the differentiator for agency workflows. Puremail delivers on this consistently.

"Legitimate reseller accounts" Posted 2026-10-16
Pros: Accounts are legitimate workspace and gmail that behave identically to direct purchases. No shortcut provisioning that causes silent downstream issues which is unfortunately common in reseller space overall.
Cons: Provisioning approach transparency docs would help buyers doing due diligence.
Overall: Reseller quality varies wildly. Puremail is on the legitimate end which is what u actually want as a buyer.

"email auth done right by default" Posted 2026-10-15
Pros: Dkim, spf, and dmarc configured properly for every inbox by default. Auth misconfigurations silently tank deliverability, having them right from the start prevents a whole class of downstream problems for us.
Cons: Auth setup snapshot per inbox in the dashboard would help.
Overall: Email auth silently kills deliverability when wrong. Puremail getting it right by default is a hidden value nobody talks about enough.

"Handles all dns and domain setup" Posted 2026-10-15
Pros: Team handles full domain configuration including dns records, forwarding, aliases end to end. Would take me days per batch to figure out myself. Real expertise value from the setup service.
Cons: Preview of dns changes before they happen would help.
Overall: Domain configuration is technical work that requires expertise. Puremail handling this end to end is worth the whole subscription honestly.

"Sustains high send volume" Posted 2026-10-13
Pros: 500k monthly cold sends across puremail inbox fleet. Volume runs consistently without individual accounts flagging or hitting rate limits that break campaign delivery, which changed our whole ops workload.
Cons: Per inbox volume warning system would help planning ahead.
Overall: For real cold email volume operations account quality is everything. Puremail delivers on that consistently which is what enables scaled sending.

"Smooth vendor migration process" Posted 2026-10-12
Pros: Migrated 200+ inboxes to PureMail from another provider. Team coordinated transition so no campaigns went dark and account mapping was handled properly. Better than expected experience overall.
Cons: A guided migration import tool would streamline future switchovers.
Overall: Migration risk was the main hesitation. PureMail team made it easy which removed the last barrier to switching from a declining previous vendor.

"consistent over 14+ months" Posted 2026-10-12
Pros: Over a year of continuous use, PureMail has stayed reliable and pricing fair. Vendor quality usually slips as companies grow, PureMail somehow keeps quality up which is unusual in this space.
Cons: A loyalty pricing tier for long term customers would be nice.
Overall: Long term consistency earns real loyalty. PureMail has delivered on that over 14+ months which is what keeps us here.
