Pros: Easy install.
Storage of past reports.
Alert words.
Got to know all employees in a new way :) sometimes good and sometimes bad.Cons: The buying of the license was only available with Paypal, not with credit card.
Overall: Good value for money. It does what you need without extra bells and whistles. I like the day, week and month reports.
