    "Works Great. Love the new mobile app."

    Pros: The new app is fast and easy to use. I like being able to add and manage visitors from my phone without needing to call anyone. Everything loads quickly and the layout is simple to understand.

    Cons: I’d love to see a few more customization options in the future, but nothing that gets in the way of daily use.

    Overall: Great experience so far. The app makes access to our community feel effortless, and it keeps getting better with each update. I’m very happy with how it works.

    "Terrible Program That Has NEVER Worked"

    Pros: Absolutely Nothing. Guests can't get access and half the time even the residents can't get in. I feel sorry for the gate guards that have to use this piece of crap.

    Cons: Absolutely Everything. Worse designed program that we have ever had to use.

    Overall: Live in a gated golfing community outside of Pinehurst and they bought into all the empty promises from the Proptia gate control program. It has never functioned and just keeps getting more inept, yet we pay an ridiculous amount for nothing. Then they did a bullcrap update twice that kicked out the 1500 households who had to use it. Should have never installed it, nothing good ever comes out of California
