Pros: It helped my business with everything from ideation to directly publish (and schedule!) to all of our social media accounts.
Took our branding and applied it to dozens of videos, including ideas, copy and videos and photos. can't stress enough the time and budget it ended up saving. We literally went from having 1-2 videos per month on most of our channels to over 20 per month across our various channels.

The chat based editor was a great surprise and allowed for quick editing (including having multiple versions for other languages)

Unlimited use of premium media from Getty is also a great value (work $$$$)

Cons: Would love to see more ways to leverage our own content, waiting for the AI Avatars and voice (which we were told will be included in the next few updates).
I would love to see more data related features (a dashboard on views and related data... some sort of top line analytics).

Overall: We're using it both for our online businesses and a digital agency and the value is insane. Great customer support and helpful education where needed. We hope to see them continue to grow with our business and needs, and maybe add more ways to record videos etc.. highly recommended.
