"A conditionally useful program" Posted 2022-02-22
Pros: Prisync is useful and diligent about comparing pricing across the web. It updates it's pricing automatically 4 times a day so you can have the most recent comparison. It has its own dashboard with plenty of information and the ability to customize your own views.
Cons: Customer service is fast, but uninformed. I was signing up for Prisync to display pricing on my website, but unable to connect with anyone on the technological side. If you're in the US or Canada you can only connect with a singular sales representative. If you have questions regarding the interface or API you will need to jump through many hoops and wait much longer for a proper answer.
Overall: If you're in need of a up-to-date price comparison software to understand your position in the market then it is helpful. The software eventually served it's purpose for me, but took much longer to achieve this than I would have liked to. It works best for Shopify or Magento sites so if you are running your store through WooCommerce or any others I would recommend a different route.
