Preferred Patron Loyalty

Pros: As a retail clothing store, we have a lot of competition. We wanted a loyalty program that would provide us with the flexibility to have various “stand-out” type promotions (not just the usual fair). The program also needed be extremely easy for our customers to sign up for and for our staff to use. Overall we are extremely happy that we chose Preferred Patron.

Cons: No complaints. We have been using the program for the last couple of years and just love the program.

Overall: Our overall experience has been great! We were up and running in no time time and anytime we have had a question, they have been quick to respond.

Pros: Easy launch and simple to use. Their kiosk hardware is solid and reliable. Our customer’s have taken well to this new program.

Cons: My only negative is that I wasted a year using a different product because I simply did not know of this company first. It wasn't until a business associate recommended them and it's been fantastic since I switch to them.

Overall: Preferred Patron is clearly one of the top solutions. Their support has been knowledgeable and helpful, anytime and every-time!

This program was ready on day one, and with just a little tweaking, I was able to do what I wanted. It came with basic promotions and rewards already setup for me, which actually were very good and easily customized. Building out the program further took just a few clicks and edits. Literally I was able add a new coupon by toggling a button and entering the offer. Not needing to be a marking pro and spend a lot of time to operate this program is key for me.

The initial training I received from Matt was simply perfect. He listened to my needs and showed me how to make it all happen! I was quite surprised at the simplicity of it all and how quick I was able to become self-sufficient.

Changing from my last provider to Patron was transparent... they were able bring in my prior customer point balance and even cleaned up my data before transferring over..

It's also noteworthy to mention the quality of the kiosk is great. I was expecting a cheap tablet like I had prior but this is anything but! It’s a real counter-top, quality kiosk, with a wall plug (it's not battery operated) and It connects to the internet with either wifi or wire. That’s important as reliable wifi was a part of my prior system issues.

Very happy and feel confident I have the right company supporting my program!
