    "Power Diary is fabulous!"

    Posted 2020-09-09

    Pros: Easy to set up.
The 'Help' pop-up box is extremely helpful and has most of the answers. Should it not, the team at PD are very prompt at getting back to you and always friendly and useful!
The ever-changing but improving entities within the system are great. To be able to claim from Medicare and DVA for patients is brilliant.
And its easy to do invoices and statements.

Cons: Sorry, can't think of anything!

Overall: Been using PD for 6 years now and it continues to improve with additional features such as taking card payments.

"So easy to use and takes a load off"

    Posted 2020-09-02

Pros: Very user friendly. The fully customisable notes and forms are fantastic. Help service so efficient and they were amazing at responding to users needs with the changes to business with Covid. Far better than the couple of other diaries that I’ve used previously.

Cons: If I had to be picky it would be good to have the portal a bit more customisable re. The size of logo and colour of sections.

Overall: I’m so happy that I got Power Diary. The low price is so worth the time and stress it has saved me. Anything I’ve wanted it to do so far it has been able to.

Thanks for the review Santosh. You can batch submit Medicare claims, and also compile multiple invoices into a single statement. We are looking into a 'send all outstanding' invoices feature too. Also you can turn off users' access to financial reports etc by adjusting their access permissions in Setup > Users. If you need a hand with this let us know - Damien

    "Feedback and wish list"

    Posted 2019-10-04

Pros: - clear to see appointments on the page

    Cons: Would love;
    - Easier way to see clients past and future sessions (and print future sessions).
    - The red bar of time to go in front of the items scheduled in.
    - An app for phones - this program is very difficult to use on phones.
    - A way to click on certain users within groups to view only their schedules together without having to make a whole new group.
    - A way to copy an item to someone elses calendar once it has already been saved.
    - Is there a scrolling across option so the full schedule view does not continue to get smaller?

    Overall: Overall, good thank you.

As a note, I was unable to submit this response without adding my email to the section below, or until I had written more in each section. I almost did not submit a note because of it.

Hi KD, Thanks for the review and feedback. I can help you with some of your wish list items right now :) Appointments: You can see a client’s past and future appointments directly in the calendar. Just click on an appointment and in the “When and Where” section, click the calendar icon. You’ll see them all. Also you can print (or email) them using a communication template with the past and future appointment merge fields. If you’re not sure how to do this let us know and we’ll add it for you. Phone access: Power Diary can be added to your phone home screen and accessed like any other app. It sounds like you might not using it in responsive mode though. On the login screen just make sure “Login to Mobile Site” is selected. Redline: The red bar of time displays your current time to make it easy to identify where in the day you are up to. If this is not happening please check that your computer or phone timezone is set correctly. If you could get in contact with our Support Team to provide a little more information about the scrolling across option you mentioned that would be great. I have added your other feedback to our Feature Request Tracking System for review at our next weekly product meeting. Thanks again for your feedback. - Damien

Hi Robert, Thanks for the review. Also just so you know you can have longer messages sent via SMS in Power Diary. It'll just mean that a longer message might require two or more SMS to be sent so it'll cost a little more. We'd love it if SMS were longer in length too, but the 160 character limit is set by the phone companies, and reflects how they charge each other for carrying messages across networks.

    "Love PD"

    Posted 2019-09-26

Pros: Mostly has everything I need and that you can limit access for the different roles in the organisation.

Cons: Would like some forms that clients can fill in like the DASS21 and for telehealth clients confidentiality and agreement form. and probably a few more report options.
Stripe is expensive to use but it makes it easy to tale a deposit.

    Overall: Love it. ………………………………………………………………………………………………………..

Hi Debbie, Thanks for the review and feedback. You’ll be pleased to hear online forms are on the roadmap. You’ll be able to create your own customised form templates so they’ll be super-flexible too! Processing credit card payments online are considered ‘card not present’ transactions, and unfortunately, the rates for these are always a bit higher than payments processed through a terminal. When comparing like-for-like transactions though Stripe stacks up well against the competitors, and as you mentioned, it sure works well! It would be great to hear more about additional report options you’d be interested in. We might already have something that could meet your needs, and if not we’ll certainly put it on our feature request list. We can be reached on support@powerdiary.com or jump on a Live Chat from our site.
