Pop!_OS uses auto-tiling for the same reason that people hire assistants: Organizing your work is incredibly time-consuming. Sure, you could still move, resize, and arrange windows yourself, but why spend the time when your OS does it for you?

    "Linux done right"

    Pros: Great tiling feature.
    Excellent gaming with Nvidia drivers in the ISO.
    Clean user interface that facilitates workflow.
    Great software store with tons of great programs.
    Remarkably fast for a Gnome DE.

    Cons: It's Linux, so new users will have a learning curve, but the clean, elegant design will make it simpler for new users to get comfortable with Linux while experienced Linux users will appreciate how much power Pop provides.

    Overall: I have used both Windows and Linux since the 90's. Pop!_OS isn't just the best Linux distribution I've used. It's the best operating system I've ever used. Great for work and gaming.
