    "BUYER BEWARE!!!!!"

    Pros: Nothing at all, they were horrible to deal with and I would not wish my experience on anyone! I believe what they do is criminal and am investigating a class action lawsuit next

    Cons: Communication was very poor.
    Terrible customer support.
    Horrendous tech support.
    Management was condescending and malicious in nature.
    Software was glitchy.
    Very expensive.

    Overall: BUYER BEWARE!!!! LITERALLY THE MOST IMMORAL COMPANY I'VE SEEN IN 20 YEARS!!!!
    My experience with Structure Studios could not have been worse. Tech support was combative and emotional. Upper management could not be less helpful. Tom, which was supposedly the top man in charge, was an absolute disaster to work with. The software itself is functional some days but super glitchy and I think the tech support is only open on nights and Sundays because you need an act of Congress to get a real person to respond. The largest problem with all of their flaws is the billing and customer service. I truly wished I had read the BBB complaints and the yelp reports showing how they truly treat their clients. I was told by Tom, the upper level supervisor, it was easier to concentrate the company's efforts on new clients rather than deal with the time they need to address the technical issues I bring up. They also have an AI security bot that tells them if you have hired any previously banned accounts but they don't inform you as the business of any such problem so they literally banned my entire company and all accounts affiliated with it because I hired a designer I had no idea had been previously banned. Now my entire staff is forced to use another design software after two decades of loyalty from us. You would think this reprehensible behavior would be illegal but it is not. They may refuse service at their discretion and for no cause at all. They are able to ban you even after paying in full without any recourse or consequences. So if you learn the system and invest the time and money into the education to be proficient they may literally turn the software off or extort you for more money because they Can. I have found a much better platform and will never use these immoral criminals again.

    Pros: The software is easy to learn and provides great outputs to use in sales presentations. I honestly enjoyed using the software. There are zero pros beyond that.

    Cons: Simply, their business practices are immoral at best and illegal at worst. Do not use this software. They will lock you out of your content guaranteed if you switch to another laptop. The one we started using was on the lower side processing so we upgraded to a more powerful laptop. I called the help line and asked how to do this. The rep walked me through it and we got it switched over. Then after using the new laptop we received a message at login that the key was in use on another device. We released the key, through our account on their website and had it sent to the same person again. We received an email saying you (the same person) had been selected by "him" to be the user of this key. We followed the directions in that email and when ultimately we finished and went to login we received this message "you have reached your cpu limit" and would not allow us access to the software and our designs. This cost us the ability to provide our presentation for a $450k deal. They have yet to respond to three emails to support and have been no help at all on three phone calls to the help line other than to say the ticket would be responded to in 24-48 hours. Well it has been well over 300 hours since that first call.

    Overall: Immeasurably bad. Avoid or use at your own peril! Just take some time and read every bad review you can find on them and determine if you can see a pattern.

    "Worst company ever"

    Pros: None. They spoiled that out of the gate. The program wasn't work the harassment and evil practices. They lie and trap you into spending additional money to use 1 key.

    Cons: The worst company ever. They stole our money and forced us to purchase extra keys in order to use 1. They didn't support our needs when we had issues with program. This is by far the worse experience i have ever had. What they did would come very close to being criminal. After reading the other responses, it's clear some of the other review sites are being manipulated. We should all discuss a class action. This is extortion. They stole over $3,000 from us and nothing to show for it.

    Overall: Crooks. Dishonest and terrible customer relations.

    Pros: Terrible Customer Service. Very rude on the phone. Did not listen and made contradictory statements.

    Cons: Even More Terrible Customer Service. Read the poor reviews on Google, Facebook, Yelp, House, BBB, and any other site. Take them seriously and do not purchase this product.

    Overall: They have no business acumen. They would rather loose business than keep it!

    Pros: The program works ok, it can be a little buggy here and there but for the most part it works well.

    Cons: I call customer service and spoke with James, he sent me a email on how to transfer the program licensing. On the phone I told him I was giving my old computer to my wife so she could use it and that she often used the computer for our business. They then canceled my account saying they had some magic software that can tell she was using the program which was a lie! She didn't even understand how to use the program and didn't know the login info. They are now demanding I pay $400 a month for 2 keys to unlock my account. They are holding tens of thousands of dollars of work in ransom. Apparently, this is something they seem to do a lot after reading these reviews.

    Overall: Don't use them at all! They are a horrible company to work with. I used them for 2 years now and haven't had any issues till I upgraded to a new computer.

    "The worst customer service practice ever!!"

    Pros: Training to use the software is helpful, support to work on design is good, and 3D presentation to client.

    Cons: The Policy of Pool Studio penalize you and double charge you for the service, or go find your self another software!!
    Take it or leave kind of policy.

    Overall: Good 3D presentation, but very bad understanding of customer service in this company!
    There are other companies offer similar software if not better and better customer service common sense.
