    "Interactive classes"

    Pros: I enrolled my daughter, in planet spark a few months ago, and I am starting to see growth in her personality. I really liked the live interactive session provided by them. And the teacher is very good and supportive.

    Cons: Sometimes there is a network issue but teachers cover all the topic.

    Overall: Classes are good and the teacher is very good. they interact with us and help my daughter in practice.

    Pros: My son really enjoyed PlanetSpark courses and everything was smooth. The teacher was the main find with this course as my son is really fond of her. Classes were good and my son has taken part in lot of debate competitions.

    Cons: Timing issue was the only con but my son managed to attend these classes.

    Overall: Overall it was an overwhelming experience. From the start with the teacher and the classes, everything went well.

    Pros: Nothing to like here, my kid attended 9 classes and they are reading the Syllabus, Not teaching. So we asked Refund. It's 5 months over, the EMI is deducting. The refund process is not done and still they are charging. May i need to close my card or may be proceed with bank and cancel the EMI.
    else they loot my money.

    Cons: Please don't join, sales team will promise lot of things. But don't trust them.

    "Fraud company without address"

    Pros: N/A.

    Cons: They don't inform about the pricing at first. If you cancel the classes just they bombard 40000 rupees extra.

    Overall: They don't have the address. Just fraud company, as above users told the classes are not useful. Simply they tell the student to read and they are not useful. The child should only put interest then only, your child will learn.

    For 100 classes they offered for 60000/- when i cancelled after 18 classes they are saying the charges will be for total of 1Lakh rupees proportion.

    So be careful and not to join.

    "Looting the money "

    Pros: I signed up for the course for my 6 year old. They were calling me multiple time to pay the fees, then no response from team members. When I asked for refund, they didn’t respond, later I have to file the case via PayPal. Then email responding, texting back, I asked for cancellation, they didn’t pay back the money saying we are working on it. I lost my 1600 dollars.

    Cons: Fraudulent organization. Don’t trust/ looting / cheating.
    This organization needs to be closed soon due to fraudulent cases. I am going to file case against each one of the people for fraud. Even if I have to pay the money for to run a case against them I'm ready for it. This should never be repeated to any other customers.

    Overall: Zero. People talk nicely to attract customers. Never trust them.

    Pros: I have been following up for refund as I was not satisfied with the way the teacher was teaching. I had my feedback shared in PTM but that was not taken care of. Sales team had promised a refund without question but seems that was a false promise.

    Cons: Copy of Pros! I only found negative reviews of them. Teachers English speaking is poor. They are following a syllabus and just reading out to student. Those things are impractical.

    Overall: Not recommended at all. Accents of the teachers are poor. Better to teach the kids at home and not to waste money on such platform.

    "Be really careful if you decide to pull the plug"

    Pros: Exceptional sales team who will promise heavens. Exceptional customer success team who do not understand that it is all about long term relationships. Teachers are good and keep children engaged but unfortunately have fixed curriculum and even with 1:1 classes you are going to find it hard that planet spark teaching framework is flexible. Every child is unique and if they were to be taught as everyone else then what is the difference between sending them to school and private institutions.

    Cons: PlanetSpark sells the package based on a lot of promises and one of the promises is that they will refund your money ( no questions asked). Please be really careful if you decided to pull the plug. I am chasing them for the last 2 and half months following up regularly. No one is taking any action. All the sales, a customer success team, escalation team know this.

    Overall: Not worth it. My unsolicited advice. Do not put your child in the rat race. Help them develop skills in more practical ways. The Problem with this type of education is that it is not so different from the schools. All we are doing is speed up their learning rathe focussing on what should they be learning.

    PlanetSpark overall is highly not recommended. You have been warned!

    "Worst experience ever! Won’t recommend to anyone."

    Pros: Seriously none! None none absolutely none! So now you know how desperate these folks are. Very unprofessional. Never have I dealt with folks like this before.

    Cons: I won’t get in much details but the initial contact representative have bounced me back several times so unprofessional! I think they should teach their reps and then teach other. I have asked to not contact me like 20 times! Seems like they won’t budge.

    Overall: There are other services you should avail anything other than PlanetSpark!! My kid is happily learning at a different place!
