Pros: 360 spins are simple...when the software and hardware works, which is about 50/50. As capture software, it's laughable.

Cons: Overcomplicated hardware and software that rarely works the way it should. As photo capture software, it is lacking the most basic features in 2025. With every update, something else breaks. It has done nothing but add unnecessary time spent troubleshooting and finding workarounds for the problems it creates. Customer support is dismissive and condescending.

Overall: I've worked as a studio photographer and have shot tethered for over the past decade, and this is by far the worst capture system I have ever used. It's almost a joke. It's hard not to feel like we've been scammed by this company. Nothing works the way it should. Basic photo capture features, like white balancing, are non-existent. Overseas support does not bother to understand the issues, instead telling us simply to update the software. With every update, something else breaks. There has not been a single day over the past several months that I have used this software, that there has not been severe, production-delaying issues.
