    Pros: 1. The user interface of the application is easy to understand and use.
    2. The payments are easy and only fails rarely.
    3. It allows connecting the bank account via UPI directly to the application for faster payments and balance inquiries.
    4. It can be used to pay individuals as well as shops and e-commerce.
    5. The amount of failed transactions get settled back in the wallet or account in no time.

    Cons: I have not found any major con or drawbacks in the applications.

    Overall: Overall, PhonePe is an online payment application that lets the user do payments to various outlets or to people from wallet or directly from the linked bank accounts.

    Pros: - PhonePe can be used to pay online platforms directly from the bank account through UPI.
    - It also helps in paying various types of bills like electricity and water and also allows to book tickets directly from the application.
    - Multiple bank accounts can be added and linked with a single PhonePe accounts for faster payments.
    - It is stable and secure to use and available on all the Mobile platforms.

    Cons: - The homepage of the application feels cluttered and can be simplified more for easy access of the features.

    Overall: Overall, PhonePe can be used to make payment to local shops and to online platforms. It is also supported on all the major websites as payment option. It is easy to use and secure to make payments.
