Perfect Fit

Pros: The Perfect Fit system works well across customer order processing, production, inventory management and accounting all with great customer service. If you have a question, call or email and you'll get an immediate answer, free of charge. When you add a new team member, they will do the same for that person, and the next one, and the next one. When the system doesn't fit our process perfectly or we want additional capabilities, the team is willing to do custom projects and tweaks to make it fit our needs at very reasonable prices.

Cons: From time to time, we'll find glitchy reports (most likely ones that no one has used in some time). When reported, the team jumps on those glitches right away and let us know when they are fixed.

Overall: We are very happy with Perfect Fit and the support we receive. With its current suite of cross functional capabilities, and the team's responsiveness to requests and inexpensive adds, we expect to be with Perfect Fit for years to come.

Pros: Been using for over 20 years and very satisfied. Support is excellent and they continue to add more features. Support is fast and excellent.

Cons: When inventory goes in negative there can be a problem.

Overall: Have been using Perfect Fit for over 20 years and am very satisfied. Glad they went to the cloud based system.

Pros: The all-in-one system has proven to be excellent, handling tasks such as payroll, order entry, inventory, invoicing, and seamlessly integrating with our online web store.

Cons: I have only positive feedback about the software system; everything has been running smoothly so far.

Overall: I opted for Perfect Fit when I launched my company in 2017. Our software system has been flawless, and the support we receive for any inquiries is outstanding. It's user-friendly and efficient – we have no intention of ever making a switch.

Pros: Customer support are easy to contact and helpful. Lots of reports and features in the program are very useful. Printed cut tickets, invoices and orders and clear and easy to read.

Cons: It takes a little time to learn- it is not exactly intuitive.

Overall: We have used this program over 30 years and it works really well for us. It is well priced too. Great value.

Pros: I like how easy it is to use and love that it can be customize to our work needs. to make our task much faster. The customer support is very reliable and response time is great.

Cons: There are no cons. This software is great for daily business needs.

Cons: Diagnostic updates that can take a while and aren't always easy to fix without contacting support. The good thing is that the support team is always available to help.

Overall: I have personally been working with Perfect Fit for over 20 years. Perfect Fit is an easy-to-use interface that is simple to navigate, even for someone that has limited computer experience. The software provides a comprehensive solution for managing all aspects of an apparel business, including but not limited to inventory management, manufacturing projects creation, purchasing raw materials and trims, cutting tickets, invoicing, managing commissions, and multitude of reports. The breadth of functionality provided by the software is unsurpassed. Alan and the customer support team are responsive and knowledgeable. In all the years of working with Perfect Fit, not only have we received timely assistance from the support team, but Alan is ALWAYS determined to find a solution to any challenge. I highly recommend the program.

Pros: When we started our manufacturing business I had very little knowledge about how software could help me run my business. Perfect fit was ALWAYS there to help me and never made me feel that I had insufficient knowledge to run my business (even though I was learning as I went). I can’t say enough good thing about Alan and his staff to do them justice!

Cons: Their inability to get their system to work on Apple products).

Overall: As stated in the “pros” I can’t say enough good things about Alan and his staff to do them the justice they deserve!

Pros: Works well with what is needed for the company.
Has everything needed. Reports are fast and great.

Cons: Upgrades are confusing when changes are made.
It's me I don't like changes.

Overall: Experience is good, could have some hiccups, but it happens when changes are made.

Pros: I can't recommend Perfect Fit enough! Their prompt project deliveries and exceptional tech support make them a standout choice. Always on time, always reliable – they've been instrumental in our success.

Cons: Software does require you to be a bit more tech savvy. It can be a bit hectic to learn if you're a beginner.

Overall: Great customer service. They deliver all my requests on time. Always care about our success. So greatly appreciate Alan and Gerardo for all their support.

Pros: Very user friendly and easy to learn and run with it. Font is easy to read.
Just combined my quicken into the PFS which was so easy.

Cons: Have not found any cons as of yet after using the system since June.

Overall: Very happy with my decision to switch to Perfect Fit the learning curve was quick. It is user friendly and has so many fun reports.
