Pros: Very easy to use, the support they offer is very quick and efficient, program is highly customizable, training courses are full of great info and guidance.

Cons: Program is only online, so if you have an unstable internet connection it can slow things down.

Overall: Great Program. The support they offer is very quick and efficient. Ian & Melvin are very easy to work with, and their training courses are very helpful. Nothing but positive's to say about PataBid!

Cons: So far there are no negatives that we have seen, looking to see where they take the software.

Pros: 3 years ago I was frustrated and stuck with my old paper system of estimating. I began looking into software to help me be faster and more organized. I looked a few options and settled on PataBid. It checked all the box's I thought I needed and extras that I didn't know I needed. Fast forward to today, and I use it for everything. We are winning projects and making money with it. The customer service is very quick with answers and help. They are constantly adding more and more components to the software and I would call it a robust program now. This software handles all of our estimating, from small residential renos to full commercial builds. I highly recommend PataBid to any electrical contractor that is looking for a good estimating software.

Cons: I don't have a real con on this. It does what its suppose to and does it complete and well.

Overall: Right from my first introductory lesson to the the in depth lessons. PataBid has been solid software and the customer support is quick and helpful.

Pros: The AI-automated feature are huge time savers and do not sacrifice quality or accuracy in the estimate.

Overall: PataBid is the best estimating software I have ever used in my 20+ years. It is very user friendly if you are just starting out which is a real advantage if you are training a new employee. Video tutorials are easily followed and customer service is top notch. Great work flow.

Pros: The overall efficiency of the software. Digital estimating is much better than pen and paper. PataBid allows me to bid more jobs in the same hours per week which means more exposure and more opportunities to gain work. It's user friendly with an incredibly responsive support team.

Cons: It can be glitchy at times but their support team will work on fixing it. Much better than the 'other' companies.

Overall: If you're a small electrical shop or a large national company. You should check out this estimating software.

Pros: The integration with City Electric Supply made it easy to get live pricing which helped so much with staying on top of market volatility, as well as reviewing where items were increasing the most.

Now that they have added the Gescan integration, it is so fast and easy to compare pricing between the two suppliers, live. It is such a time saver to be able to change suppliers with the click of a button and know that the pricing is accurate and up to date with our account specific pricing.

Having the live integration also cuts out the time spent waiting to receive quotes back from the suppliers, you are able to just send it right out to your salesperson of choice, and have them enter it as an order.

Cons: As for the cons, I find there is little to none.

Overall: PataBid’s software has been an invaluable addition to our estimating process! During 2020 and the following years, we were finding that our previous estimating methods were no longer reliable due to constant change in the market price of material. We also began branching out into new types of work during this time, and needed to revamp our estimating systems entirely. When we found PataBid, it was a life saver!

Pros: Ease of use, you can just jump right in and start using the product.
Readily available support. When you do need help support staff have always been available without long wait times and IT ticketing backlogs.
Ability to customize and adjust on the fly. Can customize global and job specific files.
Quick item pads and the drafting tools are an excellent addition!
The AI features bring an unparalleled value.

Cons: As with any new product there are a few tweaks to made here and there but the PataBid team has always been on top of anything I've brought up in record time!

Overall: The team at PataBid are ready and willing to continuously tweak and update their product and do this in a matter of hours or days, that I've witnessed other software groups take months or years to do... sometimes just never.

Pros: One of our biggest challenges as small electrical company was estimating, but everything changed when I found Quantify. The platform is truly amazing.

I’m not great with computers and found the platform incredibly easy to use which helped me provide accurate estimates in a timely manner to clients and general contractors.

The systems support I receive from Melvin is phenomenal. I emailed him on a Sunday and did not except a response until Monday, but he emailed me back right away to walk me through the process. After completing our first estimate we won the project and have received the next one to bid.

Cons: There truly was not one aspect that I did not like about Quantify. The platform was easy to learn and use.

Overall: I can’t stress enough how great the platform is and how amazing the team is behind it. Thanks to Quantify and the team, business is booming and estimating has never been so fun.
