    "A NIGHTMARE"

    Pros: It looks like something that is not. Problems, problems and more problems, too many things and not one works.

    Cons: I do not recommend this SaaS because it is not what it seems. It requires in any case of a support team that does not solve, it is not that they go at another pace because they are Indians, is that they do not give any coverage, they do not have a manual within the system that allows you to freely configure the market and when you ask they do not solve. It is not reliable no matter how much AWS they use. The loading speed is slow and has thousands of small technical problems that they have to solve because from Administration you can not. They are a disaster. I give them a 0 to everything because there is no other way to see it.

    Overall: Everything normal until that moment... but from then on, more than a kick off it was a nightmare. They give us a platform with a complex administration portal and they don't explain anything, they take between 7 and 15 days to answer any doubt, after demanding it a lot (more than 2 months) they give us a user manual of another SaaS where most of the doubts or problems are not explained. They put us a group of executives to help us in the resolution of problems but they do not solve anything and it is reiterative the demand to fix the same issues that they do not solve and ask for them again. The Apps do not work, the platform never stops being in test mode, it is still badly translated despite sending them lists with the changes (you can't do it yourself). The map location does not work, the synchronization with the Google calendar does not work, the payment system does not work by Stripe, PayPal, there is no way to explain how to solve a single problem.... in 5 months have not solved any of the serious problems submitted beyond some translations, it is more during this time we have hung up the market more than 5 times and have stopped working several tools and Apps.
    With all this we have requested urgent meetings to find solutions where we were asked for a list of errors (always the same) to solve them urgently, but they never do. Finally we have had to abandon the project with them and now we are asking for the devotion of the company.

    Pros: I took an enterprise plan for my accounting firm and customized the front end of the product to tailor the solution to my specific design requirements. Panther enabled me to:
    - easily collect customer and expert data on one dashboard
    - manage appointments with my accounting staff
    - manage payments through multiple payment gateways for both Indian and foreign clients

    Service and Customer Support: My Account Manager is Sayoni. She assisted me
    - in configuring all the payment gateways onto my platform.
    - helped me to create my IOS developer account which had been pending for a while.
    - Jungleworks also helped me hire a professional UX consultant to meet my custom design requirements.

    Cons: - the initial setup of the platform was time-consuming since I don't come from a technical background.

    Overall: I have an accounting firm with a team of 50 people based out of different locations in India, 10 people based in the UK. I was struggling in keeping the centralized records of customer data, appointments, and payments and Panther seemed to be the perfect fit from the time I opted for the Free Trial Demo with them.

    Pros: The JungleWorks team delivered the project within 7 days which helped me to raise investment from my company's board. They also provided me with an account manager who is helping with marketing strategy. Could not have asked for more.

    Cons: I wanted the platform to be multilingual, there were no issues in translating to Spanish and Portuguese. However, there were a few challenges in translation to German. However, the JungleWorks team looped in a partner to expedite the delivery.

    Overall: Professional team, great product and amazing support. The sales team responded to me over the weekend. Came for a demo even outside their business hours.

    "Great Product, Great Service"

    Pros: - The interface and user experience is very impressive.
    - The team is very helpful and cooperative.
    - The support team is very active and benevolent.
    - The customizations were made according to my convenience and they held several meetings with me to understand my requirements and the best part is that they managed to meet those requirements as well.

    Cons: - They took a while to set up my website but can't complain as I was in a hurry myself and they were just trying to do things without any scope of error.

    Overall: I was skeptical at first for using this platform due to the previous reviews but from the moment I approached the team to this day, there hasn't been anything that would make me regret signing up for Panther. The product has completely changed and improved in the past 6 months. All in all I totally recommend Panther.

    Pros: The product is excellent, The customization is restricted because the backend is shared with a few tenants.....but the execution from Junglesworks is terrible!

    Cons: I signed up with Jungleworks in July 2020 and since then till now Nov 2020, I have been having constant problems every week.

    Overall: I would say Jungleworks should be the last resort, trust me I took a chance with them even though I was assured by their sales & technical teams that the reviews I read online was from a handful, I have been using their product for 5 months now and every week there is an outage or issue which unfortunately is not discovered by Jungleworks but by my team of engineers and the fault is always, 100% of the time on Jungleworks.

    My go live date was postponed from Aug to Oct due to issues which they could not fix.

    Overall experience, save your money and choose another.
