Panotica Hydra 4.0

Pros: The software ensures easy access to supervised documentation, controlled according to ISO 9001/ ISO 17025. Very impactful option is the possibility of importing forms directly from supervised documentation which allows (during daily work) filling forms approved by the authorizing authority during the certification audit. For organization, where the personnel works remotely, it allows to complement ongoing management system documentation and supervision of the activities of people involved in a given process.

Cons: The customer module is very basic and could be more advanced.

Overall: Panotica Hydra is a new system that is more intuitive and appropriate to the size of my company. It is easy to learn and use. I am able to comply with ISO 17025 in cooperation with off-site personnel who is also responsible for keeping ISO records.

Pros: Easy and intuitive application. All needed data and actual Information in one place. All stuff using and workin on the same data and Attached documentation. Very helpful by internal or external audits where every needed Information and document available in one application. Customer meetings possible with all process documentation saved at application every where You go - internet connection is the only condition. Maintenance on a very high level with own solutions and proposals for our ideas and needs or expectations.

Cons: I don't see any disqualifying disadvantages by using the application.

Overall: Almost 10 years of using this application and several modules for Quality inspections, internal and external audits, incoming data of PPAP documentation. Customer and auditors speak well watching the modules and their possibilities and clarity. All dept. stuff and all company working on one application with data exchange, using same actual documentation.

Pros: The modules are very flexible, and if you do not some of them you can just switch them off. However you can customize them.

Cons: Some of the reports are not visible in the system . You need to go looking for them around.

Overall: Panotica Hydra 4.0 is a very practical software. Many of our employees use it on a daily basis. The program works well on computers as well as on the smartphones.
