Based on the application needs of the client companies and through different modules, it coordinates intralogistics flows and different hardware systems, integrates manual and automatic operations, communicates with the management of the client's factory (ERP) and supervises the performance of the entire solution in real time, guaranteeing total product traceability, maximum efficiency and safety throughout the supply chain. Smart Decision Maker is the core module of the SM.I.LE80 system. It contains the “decision-making” logic that oversees all the logistic operations of a modern production plant.

MagicLogic provides software for every type of load planning, Cartonization and Palletization, based on twenty-five years of R&D. All software is developed in-house using powerful algorithms capable of meeting the most complex loading rules and requirements. Cube-IQ is MagicLogic’s state-of-the-art load optimization program, covering more operational requirements than any other software. Its complete database engine is built-in and is full SQL and ODBC-compliant. Cube-IQ is fully interactive, allowing drag and drop editing. It selects the right containers, cubing out loads with clear 3D diagrams. BlackBox is MagicLogic’s flagship product, providing high-speed Cartonization and advanced Mixed Palletization, including robotics. BlackBox is easy to integrate and is customizable to meet specific requirements. It loads ULDs, rolls, cylinders, tubes, and L-shapes with maximum efficiency. BlackBox adheres to complex loading rules, product configurations and groupings.
