Pros: Perfect solution for your Management of spa and salons, we have been using Paired Plus for the last 8+ years and we feel that we have made the right choice as they are really good service providers.

Cons: No cons really good service and prompt service and we are a happy user.

Overall: Overall experience is very nice, i enjoy the Prompt services they have been provided so far these years to us. I am really happy with them as they are always on point and they make sure to get the things done on time, no lag or crashes in the software which makes it more better.

Pros: I am so overwhelmed by the services they have been provided us from last 7 years, yes 7 long years
We have been a customer of Prosolutions and we have made a lot of profit due to that as they have helped us to maximize the profit by maximizing the per seat cost, additionally they have helped us in detailed tracking.

Cons: There is no cons, been using it very effectively and efficiently.

Overall: My overall experience has been really astonishing, they have provided us the service we been thinking for they made sure to keep up the service standards due to which we were able to achieve the Revenue Goals and the shared a good number of success stories.

Pros: I would like to tell you all that this is the best Spa and salon management tool we have used so far before this we tried almost 3-4 Tools, but no luck Prosolutions make sure to deliver value to the customer without overcharging them, i am personally thankful to theirs team that they have made this possible for us .

Cons: There is no cons. They are in this business since last 4 decades and they know how this has to be done.

Overall: My overall experience has been really well, I am using Paired Plus from last 7 years now and I feel that the kind of services i am getting is unmatchable. They have also made sure to track everything whether it's revenue or customer details. We have been so relaxed due to that and easily increased our per seat profit by using it .

Pros: We have been Using Paired Plus since last 3 years and i can proudly say that they are going in the very right direction, whether it is managing clients or seeing the revenue generated and seamless dashboards whether it is Mobile version or web version they both works really well, i am really happy that we have made the right decision choosing them over other solutions.

Cons: No cons- just pros we have maximized our profits due to them so no cons reported so far.

Pro Solutions Peak Pricing and the Cancelation Fees policy through text and email confirmations, and a highly functional wait list is the tri-fecta for maximizing a chairs profit. Which is something that helped us in long run in total i as the Owner i am satisfied with the services they have provided us.

Pros: As a user for almost 4 years i must say that they are the best Management software and i am really happy with the services they provide, there's a lot of major features which is really important for spa's whether it is small or big one, it has helped us understand the Cost per person as well as to track the Matrices.

Cons: There is no problem, i am a happy user of them and I am really happy.

Pros: Prosolutions Software not only has excellent customer service but
also included technology that handles cloud computing and mobile access.

Cons: When using the drag to reschedule option you will find a bit of lag. If you need to add an operator to the schedule on day of, I feel there are to many steps. The previous format allowed a simple switch of operators with one easy set.

Overall: As a premier spa, our standards are exceptionally high, and that extends to the software we choose. Having used Prosolutions Software for 22 years, we can confidently say they not only meet but exceed those expectations, particularly in their support and business approach. One year during the busy Holiday Season over a weekend our online Gift Card purchase went down. Pros: It’s Customizable, personable fast support, updated look and offers so many features that makes work easy and efficient.

Cons: Minimal hours for support. But people need to live life lol!

Overall: Been using for over 20 years! They’re family owned, personable and really pay attention to detail to customize our salon needs. If there’s ever anything we need, they listen and provide a solution.

Pros: The live training sessions are so helpful. The scheduling of these training sessions are easy to set up and valuable. The live chat with an expert team member ready to help anytime is a life line when in uncertainty.

Cons: The con is me as a user....however I have loved learning!

Overall: I have never had better customer service than that of ProSolutions/Paired Plus!! Stephen, Matt, Joseph, Martin, Maureen, the entire team have been absolutely fabulous to work with! I have tried other software scheduling/POS systems and this product is by far superior. The live chat has saved me in times of uncertainty about a transaction. The rapid response and the help is amazing! Matt and Stephen have made learning the system a wonderful experience, never leaving me feeling like I have ask a question that is meaning less. Respect, kindness and professionalism is their expertise! Thank you for making this transition for my business worth raving about!

Pros: Peak Pricing?!?!? Yes please. Floral shops do it. Wedding venues do it. Restaurants do it. It's about time salons do it. Time is money. The holidays can be enormous for revenue. Now even more. Peak pricing ensures my chairs are filled with the highest revenue as possible during peak business time instead of 500 kids cuts getting ready for Santa. Combined with a cancelation fee, it also ensures my prime busy evenings are booked with people who absolutely will be there. Gone are the days of your books being filled with flighty customers during prime appointment spots. ProSolutions Peak Pricing, Cancelation Fees policy through text and email confirmations, and a highly functional wait list is the tri-fecta for maximizing a chairs profit. The customer app and stylist app minimize the workload of the desk to ensure customers inside the salon are getting top notch service. I am a numbers person, and the reports are like candy! I can't get enough of it. I share numbers with my stylists to help them grow and challenge them to always top their own numbers.

Cons: I would like to see the app have a little more owner function. But in reality, there is so much available on the desktop, its not really a necessity so I can't say it's a "con"

Overall: Prosolutions has been my best experience as a salon owner for over 17 years. I've always hated the process of looking for new software. Then the thought of actually making the move is stressful to say the least. Prosolutions made this part so easy and stress free. They have continued to give me the exact same level of service they did when I was just looking at the software before switching. They genuinely care about their customers and the success of your business. By far the best support in our industry

Pros: This software has so many tools that make owning a salon so much easier. The stylist app is amazing. The app alone reduces work on the front desk side. For an owner who wants to know numbers and where they actually stand on the business side, the reports it can pull are so valuable. The check out window is easy to use. The waitlist ensures your chairs remain full and help maintain revenue from cancelations. Communicating with clients is easy through messaging. Client profiles have the ability to hold a tremendous amount of information. Creating and receiving PO's is simple and easy to do. The support given by Prosolutions is hands down the best in the industry.

Cons: I honestly don't have any Cons. There are parts of the software I don't use, but I can't list that as a con. Every salon has different needs. What I don't use in the software might be used constantly by another. Sometimes I have a hard time finding a report that fits exactly what I am needing. But that is more a user issue. When I contact support, they are able to easily guide me to the report that fits my needs.

Overall: My experience from the start with Prosolutions has been fantastic. The transfer of data and education in the beginning was seamless. The ongoing support is a breathe of fresh air. They are friendly, efficient and helpful. ProSolutions is always trying to improve their software which in turn improves the owner, stylist, and customer experience. The price is unbeatable. Most salons are small businesses and I try my best to support other family owned businesses. Prosolutions is owned by people who care about their customers and their success.
