Pros: eBay parcel booking makes sending parcels cheaper and easy to do. But that is the only positive, if something goes wrong kiss your money goodbye

Cons: Don't bother insuring goods you send with Packlink - they never pay out on claims or accept responsibility. Almost impossible to contact anyone other than a bot , and their customer interfaces are hard to use.
NOT RECOMMENDED unless you want to write your parcels off if anything goes wrong

Overall: Very poor! My experience of making claims for lost parcels and goods damaged in transit is that Packlink will just take your money and run. They really don't care as long as they have your money.
