Pros: Keeps me compliant and reflects all information to QuickBooks and Xactimate. Waiting add mobile app so that clients can track techs.
Cons: Made us update our workflows to be compliant. No moisture tool built in.
Overall: They are really easy to deal with and responsive. Free training and upgrades makes it easy to use and they are constantly improving.

Pros: It is easy to navigate and intuitive. They always have training sessions that bring our team up to speed on their new integration or features.
Cons: Can't think of any for now since we have only used PSA.
Overall: I really like that PSA is always listening to our needs as you know the restoration business is constantly evolving. We got some really good support from their industry experts during the implementation process. Once our team members got trained and familiar with the software, the time we spend on retrieving information is reduced significantly. And now we can better manage our field technicians too.
