Pros: The free, restricted version worked.
Cons: The multiple files and Thunderbird options were absent in the paid-for version.
I have to say I use this at least once a year but in fact I shan't be using it again.Overall: I ended up spending hours manipulating MBOX files into the appropriate places for Thunderbird to pick up, then editing ics files because long description lines were not properly exported with continuation lines. (They were 77 bytes long when the max is 75.) I did find an on line ics validation tool which made it possible to correct them.

Pros: It makes the backups as intended to pst file. It is not bad software but it does not work correctly as advertised.
Cons: Products are wrongly advertised and you do not get what they say you get.
Overall: Maybe it is just me, but for me this product is not worth the money at all and I would not recommend it.

Pros: Nothing worked.
Cons: Everything. I purchased this to transfer gmail to docs. DID NOT WORK. they sent me an upgrade via email. That DID NOT WORK. They key number they sent with it did not match.
Overall: They REFUSED to refund.
