Pros: Super easy implementation, great communication from the Opensend team, team is always willing to hop on a call to get things figured out.

Cons: I wish they had the ability to qualify the emails for us before passing them to our ESP, as I've done with other similar companies before.

Overall: Overall I've been happy with Opensend. Set up was easy, their team did basically everything for us. Implementing with Klaviyo was a breeze and we started seeing additional revenue come in really quickly.

Pros: Opensend enables us to easily and seamless collect emails from highly engaged site visitors with a high propensity to buy. It is easy to setup, with the ability to get live the same day you sign up, especially if using common tools like Shopify and Klaviyo.

Cons: I would love to see some more controls over the collection rules, and timing, to be a bit more precise with the user types we are collecting and re-marketing too.

Overall: The team at Opensend made it incredibly easy to get up and running, and start collecting high intent email addresses from engaged users, that can be remarketed to using our both owned and paid channels.

Pros: What I appreciated about working with Opensend is their comprehensive approach to explaining the platform and its functionality. They provided all the necessary details, allowing me to confidently introduce the brands I work with to this new platform. The level of customer service and their thorough responses to optimizations and questions were impressive.

Cons: When implementing any new platform that identifies site visitors, it can initially seem concerning. However, having a comprehensive plan to nurture these contacts is crucial. We received excellent resources to support this process. While some best practices may not suit every brand and service, nothing stood out as problematic. Just ensure to monitor early on and adjust the strategy as needed.

Overall: We noticed a YoY decline in new sign-ups, so we tested new email captures and optimizations. Seeking alternative solutions to attract more visitors and increase brand awareness, we turned to Opensend. This allowed us to drive new visitors to the site and generate additional revenue. Once new visitors are captured and added to your ESP, it's crucial to implement a strategy to nurture these audiences differently than usual across your Flows and Campaigns.

Pros: I am able to pick up and make the most of traffic coming to my site which is critical nowadays since traffic is hard earned!

Cons: I’m not sure if I feel like the price pays for itself, however I won’t know until I launch some new products.

Overall: I do think it’s easy to use and a no brainer to install! I am overall grateful for finding it as it has grown my list with minimal effort.

Pros: Ease of use + Zapier Integration. You don't have to babysit the platform - just set up Zapier to send contacts to your email marketing platform and let it run!

Cons: It would be awesome to have a built in email marketing platform so we could do everything within Opensend.

Overall: We've been able to generate a significant amount of revenue for our business using Opensend. The price may seem high - but is absolutely worth it. The key is to be persistent and patient in your email flows and campaigns. Keep sending emails AND make sure you have reliable way to track revenue from Opensend.

Overall: The value of the lead generation speaks for itself. We're seeing more engagement with interested leads through our drip campaigns, and overall more approvals. It's exactly what we were looking for and the right tool for the job.

Pros: Simple and easy to integrate. We were up and running quickly with minimal resources needed. Very easy setup with the team.

Cons: I don't have any cons to list out for Opensend. It is a technology that only has net value add when considering the price and the revenue it drives.

Overall: Incredible team, high quality technology, overall positive impact to bottom line. It is easy to integrate, and once you build out dedicated email/sms flows for this audience you will see a gain to your revenue.

Pros: Opensend is easy to set up and worked directly with Shopify + Klaviyo. The team is very responsive and also provided some great tips to get started. I like that this solution requires no active management once it is set up.

Cons: I wish the platform had native A|B testing and that I had more controls over which emails were allowed (e.g. non-corporate only, certain domain names etc...)

Overall: Overall, I would recommend Opensend to anyone looking to get a higher ROI out of their email program. It's easy to use, simple to setup and the team is very supportive.

Pros: The team is incredibly responsive and helpful. I was able to get set up in under an hour and got my first revenue from Opensend within the day. Pretty incredible.

Cons: The only thing that I think could be improved is attribution. It's been a little tough to find out exactly what revenue is attributed to Opensend, but it's enough to know that it's worth it so I can't complain!

Pros: I’ve been using Opensend for various client accounts for over 6 months now. The results have been amazing. More emails, better conversions and a more comprehensive email marketing program. I recommend it, having used some of their competitors (who shall not be named), Opensend blows them out of the water in customer service and beyond.

Cons: Pricing can be steep for higher priced packages, other than that, it’s amazing!

Overall: Excellent! Form the onboarding to integration, it’s been a breeze working with their team and product.

Overall: I have had nothing but a great experience using OpenSend and interacting with their team. Unfortunately our client has decided to move away from using this service as they are cutting expenses and restructuring but we are very happy with the results.

Pros: Easy to implement and works seamlessly with Klaviyo. My favorite thing about this is I get valuable leads with little to no effort on my part. This really has been a no-brainer for us.

Cons: Nothing really. I'd like it to be less expensive, but I'd like everything to be less expensive. Haha.
