Overall: An great overall flexible application, some great functionalities like the ability to clone and edit.

Pros: OneTimePIM is very user friendly it allows us to overview all the information in the matter of seconds! Managing product information has become easily accessible through the PIM system where we are able to import, organize, and share our data not just with 1 item at a time but multiple. What I love most about this new integration is that the quick response of customer support we can access at any moment.

Cons: As someone who suffers from astigmatism looking at either too bright or too dark shades (dull) I dislike the coloration of the portal I would like it to have a little more color.

Overall: My overall experience was amazing to be able to have all the information provided to us on one page.

Pros: Love how easy it is to navigate, and having all the item details, images in one section. easy to share files with the sales team and buyers.

Cons: the creating section needs a lil improvement, maybe restrict the create new to admins vs having it opened to all.

Overall: LOVE IT! easy to navigate and create reports for several items at once. helps with productivity. it is a MUST HAVE!

Pros: I like how quickly the item can be searched and identified. Once you are in it is pretty easy to navigate. I search for one item at a time and it is pretty easy to find - using anything- item code, descriptive word, etc.

Cons: I think that when you are in gallery view and want to export- that the image should follow on the worksheet in a low res version of some sort, and then the link to the hi res in an add'l column.

Overall: So far it is good- but only as good as the info uploaded. I have not been able to get some images and needed to search elsewhere.

Pros: Its easy to learn, very versatile and has never crashed once.
The ease to create new attributes and sub folders is efficient and time saving.
We have 4 people in our company that use OnetimePIM and it hasn't slowed down or kicked anyone out. To be able to modify and pass projects to one another effortlessly is a big plus.

Cons: The client seems to slow down the longer you use it. I am logged in most of the working day and it slows down to the point where it affects my performance.
To remedy this I close my web browser and log back in, this seems to fix the problem entirely until an hour to 2 hours later its slowing down again.

Overall: Overall a great program and great experience learning it. Easy to use and easy to create new files and products.
As mentioned above, some issues with performance of the program that's why I am giving 4/5 stars

Pros: Very user friendly and easy to learn how to upload images for the rest of the team. The download functions for the rest of the team to use excel, powerpoint and anything else, have also been really helpful.

Cons: So far, I have zero complaints. This is very intuitive and easy to learn.

Overall: Very easy to throw yourself into the system and quickly get the hang of things, as the person uploading the images and files that the rest of the team uses, I've had very little trouble with the system so far.

Pros: I appreciate the flexibility in how we can view and edit data. Collaborating with the team not only enables us to enhance our overall experience but also empowers us to work collaboratively, fostering a partnership that allows us to operate more intelligently and efficiently than ever before. Together, we are not just improving processes but redefining the way we work, embracing a more streamlined and effective approach.

Cons: Training is available with the product, however some users do need the human touch, which means several super users are needed to support this.

Overall: OneTimePIM has allowed our business to transform from an antiquated and siloed Excel system. The data integrations with multiple customers and providers have ensured that deadlines aren't missed. Working with the team allows us to feel like we can contribute to the overall functionality of this product and tailor it to our needs.

Pros: Very useful, quick and easy. One of the best data sites i have ever used, I LOVE IT! We use 2 different PIM systems to gather all of our data and this works perfectly.

Cons: Would be great if there was different colour viewing pages.

Overall: Amazing service and amazing system. I would highly recommend for anyone thinking to give it a try to give it a go.

1. It is phenominally User-friendly. One Time PIM stands out with its intuitive and user-friendly interface facilitating easy navigating through complex product data and significantly enhancing team's productivity.

2. Robust data management: With a wide array of product lines, maintaining data accuracy and consistency across our multiple channels always gets challenging. OneTimePIM enables us with specific tools and programs to ensure that our product information is accurate, consistent, and up-to-date, reflecting quality and reliability from our Product Information.

3. Platform is highly scalable and offers efficient API integration. It synchronizes effortlessly with our distribution facilities ensuring smooth operations and real-time data accessibility.

Cons: There is not much that I have come across in terms of challenges with the platform as their support and development team is an absolute star in terms of assisting with customised solutions to your problems.

However, exporting data sometimes can take over a minute owing to the depth of SKUs hosted on our solution. But it is trivial and does not necessarily hinder any other tasks or operations on the platform.

Overall: In conclusion, One Time PIM is not just a tool; it's an absolute game changer for our business and our mission to provide fast, reliable and ever available product information. It empowers us to focus more on innovative development of products and building up customer satisfaction, solidifying our position as a leader in the UK's electrical industry.

Pros: User-friendly interface and a great collaborative platform. The support team is highly responsive and adaptable, we have put forth many challenges the team were facing in relation to product data management and they've helped us reduce workload and improve accuracy of data entry greatly!

Cons: There are sometimes bugs in the connector and systems when new features are released, however the team is always quick to resolve and providing support.

Overall: The PIM has been the central data base for all of our teams - a great system to compile various product information across systems (which was difficult to manage), into an accurate and user-friendly platform of product data!
