    "Good customer service and support"

    Pros: Customer service and support is helpful and timely. Anytime we've had issues we get pretty quick resolution. We also submit mapping updates fairly regularly and support is quick to respond and guide us through the process. The OmniPortal for support is also very organized and straightforward. I like the file sharing ability.

    Cons: We have occasional issues when updating fields in Admin Mortgage Loan Connector. Sometimes if we need to make updates to more than one field at a time, we have to compile and exit the database after the first field is updated, then log back in and update the next field, etc. If we don't do it this way the additional field can move or not stick. This issue may have been fixed, we haven't had multiple fields to update for a while.

    Overall: Overall the software works well and does the job. NXTsoft has courteous and professional support. Compared to some other vendors we have dealt with, they are quick to respond and help us with our requests.

    Pros: As a team member of Provident Bank and a user of the CCMC Connectors for loan exporting services, our team has a good working relationship with the NxtSoft team. When opening new tickets, I receive a communication fairly quick with an assigned heat # and an assigned Client Care Technician. All of which are knowledgeable and patient to assist working on the issues we experience. A pleasure to work with each of the techs.

    Cons: Cons relate to timing of how long issues are resolved. Which is twofold in some cases. Follow-up could use some improvement for scheduling future sessions on open issues.

    Overall: Overall Provident Bank has a good working relationship with the OmniConnect team and looking forward to continued successful service.

    "A decent product with several fintech integrations"

    Pros: The whole platform is heavily customisable which is a great value add for any organization.
    It is cost effective than most of the other solutions available
    10/10 for customer service.

    Cons: I don't see any major cons, but the dashboard can be a little bit more simplified. Meaning, it has a lot of complex functions that are sometimes hard to comprehend.

    Overall: The API service is fantastic, so the overall experience in using OmniConnect has been really fine. Go for it.

    Pros: Easy to get ahold of someone if there is an issue or we need help.
    Great for accounting, we can link all of our banks easily.

    Cons: Customer support and the team are great and responsive!

    Overall: We don't use this product much anymore. But if was extremely helpful to us while we were in the starting phase.

    Pros: It's one statement to make you make business integrations easy. It's just another thing entirely to really carry it out in an efficient and dependable way.

    Cons: Of course, one might be finicky and request another feature that is on the plan but has not yet been deployed.

    Pros: OmniConnect, being a software as a services provides everything what it commits. During the development phase we sent out a large number of tickets, all of which have been thoroughly checked by their team so we always know that they are aware of our problems.

    Cons: Nothing to comment upon negatives as I never faced any issues but team needs to work upon down time.

    Overall: Overall, it is a very pleasant experience from installation to implementation. It almost fulfill needs required by an institution.

    Cons: Monetary transparency seems be lacking. The subscription payments are yet unknown, but we enjoy the product and want to use it.

    Pros: Integration with OmniConnect's API is quick and easy. We haven't yet encountered any difficulties that have had a significant effect on our company or client base in the periods we have using their accounting API.

    Cons: I don't see anything negative so far. Team is amazing.

    Cons: Cost can be challenging but the support we get it is actually worth it.

    Overall: Instead of linking to and or have with dozens of banks, OmniConnect does it all for us. This saved us money on hiring many engineers and enabled us to bring our solution to market more quicker and with less risk.
