"Not for home health and not user friendly" Posted 2024-06-02
Pros: Nothing I have found has been good about this system. It has tripled my documentation time and I am not compensated for this time, so I will see less patients and make less money.
Cons: No mobile application. I can’t view patient reports or send prescriptions from my phone while in the field. Placing orders is cumbersome. The photo system requires a separate contract and pricing. The training was a waste of waste. I can’t say enough about it—documentation time has tripled and I am not happy with what I am able to send to the ancillary team
Poor contrast on the screen, ridiculous amount of time spent saving and refreshing each pageOverall: Terrible experience and I have been a nurse practitioner for 25 years. Worst system and worst onboarding I have ever experienced
