    "Worst company ever"

    Pros: None at all they are the worst company not even saying it cause I’m mad it’s cause it’s the honest truth.

    Cons: WORST COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER (if they even have any). They do not process your weekly payments I have been waiting for 2 weeks for my payment to come in. Can’t contact them or anything no one answers or your on wait for hours and still no answer. This company is by far the worst PLEASE GO WITH CANTALOUPE I regretted not using them again because I wanted to try Nayax. Just ordered my 2nd cantaloupe card reader they are literally the best At everything great customer service over the top experience with them all around I have been using them for 2 years and regret even trying to test our Nayax. NEVER Again!! 2023

    Overall: Terrible they are a scam and fraud and I will be filing a lawsuit for sure they do not payout your money.

    "Dont work! I have to take off from the machines, very bad"

    Pros: Nothing good! The software failed every day, the support is bad, they are not capable of solving the problems, fail again and again!

    Cons: Bad support, never work the POS, change prices, 85 failures in 4 months, only phone support, and doesn't work well, hours on the phone every day, expensive, they keep the money, 45 days, not trustable.

    Overall: I have to take off all the Onyx POS from my vending machines, I lost a lot of money, they broke me, if you want success don't use this, it is the worst technology.

    "Poor Customer Service"

    Pros: None at this time. I am having trouble just getting it setup properly and they are not responsive to outreach.

    Cons: Try any other company. The Customer Services is really poor and they are not responsive. The company continues to collect fees but they are not helpful to any issues or problems.

    Overall: Try any other company. There are a lot of other credit care processing platforms and I wish that I had gone with someone else with better customer services.
