MyGreek

Pros: Our chapter has used MyGreek for over a year, and it’s taken a lot off my plate as VP of Finance. Payment plans auto-charge members and the reminders go out on their own, so I barely chase dues anymore. Brothers find it easy to pay, the bank sync keeps our budget and records clean, and their team is quick to help when I need it.

Cons: I don't really see much cons of this than maybe having some hassle over removing previous bank accounts.

Overall: Incoming treasurers: it lets you manage the money instead of hunting it down like a loan shark. Highly recommend.

Pros: Updates are based on feedback from users. A lot cheaper for the chapter than using LegFi or competitors. I really like how members pay the fees instead of myself guessing how much less money we will Net as a chapter from credit card fees.

Cons: My biggest con has been that since MyGreek is so new there has been some updates so I have had to learn as changes have been made. Overall a great system.

Overall: Very happy we switched from LegFi to MyGreek. Saved the chapter a lot of money and time budgeting for credit card and ACH fees.

Pros: After previously using legfi for the last 2 years I felt like our chapter needed a new and refreshing spin for our chapter finances. Our previous platform made it extremely difficult to organize our finances to keep track of budgets and our other expenses. MyGreek however makes budgeting extremely easy. By linking our bank account to the platform I can see all the chapter expenses and sort them into the proper committee budgets while almost no hassle. Also the store feature is amazing. The ability to sell anything through our platform makes selling rush shirts and pig dinner tickets incredibly easy. I could not recommend this platform enough for chapters that just want to stay organized.

Cons: I wish the text blast feature was free but I have never actually needed to use it so I have no complaints really

Overall: I love everything about this platform. Bennett has been amazing he constantly reaches out and helps with any questions I may have about MyGreek. The features, specifically the store, payment plans, and budgeting just make running our chapter finances incredibly easy. Being a small chapter with a generous alumni base the organization helps protect our money for the future classes while allowing us to achieve our current goals. I’m am totally satisfied with MyGreek and would recommend it to any other chapter!

Pros: It is all automated and makes everything easier for all member and the treasurer, can track all transactions and make late fees and have parents pay for members a great transition from excel sheets and Zelle

Cons: Nothing so far there are no negatives all is great so far

Overall: So much easier than doing it on spreadsheets and Zelle and can track all payments and late fees and makes everyone’s life easier

Pros: MyGreek has saved our chapter money by eliminating monthly member fees. The ability to issue virtual or physical cards to chapter officers and load only the funds they’re authorized to spend makes budgeting easier and keeps spending under control. No more chasing down the chapter credit card! Add in outstanding customer service, an easy-to-use iPhone app, and integrated budgeting tools, and you have a platform that keeps our finances organized, transparent, and on track for our members.

Cons: No cons! Our only regret is not making the transition from LegFi to MyGreek sooner. The platform has been a game-changer for managing our chapter finances.

Overall: MyGreek has helped us save money on chapter finances by eliminating monthly member fees and reducing our overall operating costs. The seamless transition from LegFi to MyGreek's all-in-one financial management platform also simplifies chapter operations and saves valuable time. With a 142-member chapter, this was the best financial decision we made this past semester.

Pros: I love the new AI that can assign dues and make it super easy to charge certain brothers different amounts. It allows for ease of use when dues are tiered by age/grade. I also like the reminders that it sends out and individuals payment leaks that make it super easy to relay to people.

Cons: Not many cons that I have. Sometimes the text message reminders can be a little much.

Overall: Great platform and would recommend. Came from an old platform that is used across the space that was harder to use and more expensive. Also getting in contact with Bennett is also super easy.
