Pros: Helpdesk was very responsive and answered within minutes after sending enquiries even during the weekend.
Cons: The "you're on your own" type of response from the helpdesk and utter "We don't care" attitude.
Overall: I wanted to retrieve my lifetime license for MediaMonkey since there are rumours of MyCommerce going bankrupt. When I tried to retrieve my lifetime license, MyCommerce simply answered "we lost it and you're on your own". Not very professional and very disappointing.
