    "Always updating and great customer service!"

    Pros: Easy to use, reasonably priced for all of the features, great updates, a large template selection, great customer service, clear policies in their terms or service, and a pretty thorough help center.

    Cons: I wish there were a few more integrations with other companies, but they just launched a Toast integration. Hopefully there will be more!

    Overall: Overall, I haven't had any issues. Any time I need to reach out to customer service, they are available within seconds in chat and even if there is an issue they troubleshoot and report to their developers to get it resolved right away. I love that there are actual humans answering when I reach out, no bots.

    "Bad business ethics and poor management "

    Pros: This site does offer extensive easy to use menu creation for business owners who need create menus for their restaurant/bar.

    Cons: Expensive.
    Poor management.
    Poor Customer Service.

    Overall: We were a long term client with these guys for over 5+ years. They upgraded their platform and erased all our past menus/data. When we were asked to retrieve it, they wanted us to pay them a fee. They don't care or know how to treat their customers. When we told them we were not happy paying for such fee to retrieve our own data, they sent me a picture of a bear meme saying "good bye". Premature management that will fail in the long run.

    "Very Poor Customer Service"

    Pros: Nothing, as I'm UK based this is set up for USA market.
    The forms/layouts are outdated.
    Graphics are terrible and cheap looking.
    Many options do not work correctly.

    Cons: BIG CON - if you use the free option and later upgrade to paid, once you stop the paid version you have lost ALL your designs (even your ones on the free version).

    Overall: Terrible, don't bother.
    I have tried to recover my menus when I was a free user, not possible unless you pay for the subscription, which is WAY overpriced for what you get.
