    Pros: I've been a client with Mortgage Quest for over 15 years and love their service. The content of their newsletter was fantastic and would set me apart from my competition due to its extremely informative content. It wasn't a rate sheet, like everyone else was sending, but an informative and pertinent economic newsletter that was full of valuable information that any borrower or real estate professional would find extremely useful. It was a way to provide my contacts with something that they could actually use and look forward to receiving. Also, the ability you have to send out automated marketing campaigns is invaluable when automating your marketing.

    Cons: Nothing... I really enjoyed all of the features that this software offered.

    Overall: Excellent service. I would recommend it to any real estate professional that is looking to provide high quality content and an easy way to set up effective marketing campaigns. Highly recommend.

    Pros: Interfaces with Encompass. You can mail or internet market to your clients using Mortgage Quest. Set up campaigns and let them run so that they work without a lot of work on your part once they are set up and you put people in the campaigns.

    Cons: I can't think of anything negative other than when you start to set up the system it can be overwhelming. You have to put together a plan and work on it a little at a time to accomplish your goal. If you do that it will pay off in the long run.

    Overall: I've used Mortgage Quest since 1998 and haven't made a sales call since. My business is 100% by referral.

    Pros: Using this program, as well as keeping the same cell phone and e-mail address means I never lose contact. This is a tough business but having the right tools like this can help make you as successful as you want to be.

    Cons: It's easier to solve occasional issues if you pay for the ongoing support. So I would recommend doing that.

    Overall: I have been using this software for about 28 years. It has been an integral part of my business and has been an incredibly effective way to stay in touch with my Realtors and past clients. One of the things that has made me successful over the long haul is just that....staying in touch with Realtors and past clients. This program has made it really easy to do just that. I still have past clients who reach out from 10 or 15 years ago.

    Pros: I use weekly updates to all related parties on transactions.
    I build out letters for one timing that are easily accessible
    I keep note and email history for continuity on files
    I update loan statuses to keep my self and all parties on point
    I track and keep tabs on lead sources and viability of referral partners.

    Cons: No cons that i can think of... if there are issues, I work them through with developer.

    Overall: Solid and long term use. No desire to consider any other option
    The combined contact where borrowers and leads are separate from contacts is very useful for personal and business organization.

    Pros: I have been using Mortgage Quest for more than 20 years as my main marketing platform. I have no doubt that it has been the key to my success in receiving repeat business and referrals from past clients. Mortgage Quest is very easy to use and the content of the letters are always relevant and timely. I love the fact that I can set and forget it and feel confident that I am top of mind with my clients and referral sources.

    Cons: I can't really think of anything negative. One helpful point would be to let users know when there is new content/letters so that we can take a look and decide if we wan to use them or not.

    Overall: My experience has been absolutely perfect. I have seen many similar product over the years and even tried some of them but I always go back to Mortgage Quest and that's why I have been a user for 20 years.

    Pros: I have been a user since 1993. My original objective was, and still is, to keep up with past clients as if I remember everything about them. This has enabled me to recognize birthdays, loan anniversaries, and even children's birthdays. The loan cycle provides updates during and after the loan cycle. Once you get used to it the software becomes second nature. I can attribute a lot of my $1 billion plus closings to Mortgage Quest.

    Cons: There are no significant issues.

    Overall: Mortgage Quest is the first thing I open up on my computer each morning. It gives me direction for the problems but this program's issues are at a minimum.

    "Super easy CRM with great support at a reasonable price."

    Pros: They do ALL of the work for me. All I have to do is enter the contacts and they take care of the rest. I've looked at a couple other CRMs in the past, but have always came back. The service is exceptionable.

    Cons: If I had to mention something, it would be that I'm not sure if there are text message campaigns. I haven't checked so it might be offered, just not to my knowledge.

    Overall: One of the best CRMs out there at a very reasonable cost. Part of my job is working in another CRM and I'm always happier when I get to work in Mortgage Quest.

    Pros: Indispensable and pays for itself multiple times. Staying in contact with my past clients is a must when they call and ask for a new transaction. And a purchase or refinance I can quickly go back and see their transaction details. It gives us a more “personal“ feel. Also the monthly newsletter helps me stay in touch years afterwards so I get lots of repeat business and referrals.

    Cons: I have no downside with Mortgage Quest. Their support has been highly responsive. My only frustration is the companies I have worked for always want to lock down their information so it becomes more of a challenge to get my data transferred into Mortgage Quest so I can stay in touch with my past clients.

    Overall: This program works nearly automatically. I highly recommend it. There are fancier contact management programs out there but Mortgage Quest continues to deliver consistently. I’ve been in the Industry for over 30 years and I believe I’ve been using the mortgage quest for 20+ years.

    Pros: Easy to keep in touch with all past clients. Everything I need is at my fingertips. Sending emails to all or a specific group is quick and easy. The program keeps track of birthdays or other special days without any effort on my part. A great great CRM for mortgage companies.

    Cons: Nothing, it does everything I need to keep me in touch with all of my past clients.

    Overall: Excellent. I've been using the system for about 15 years. While I use it to send bulletins at least once a month, in a very few minutes I can send special bulletins as needed.

    Pros: Like the automation of loan cycle. The tracking of group emails along with separation of group categorizing.

    Cons: Don't like the complexity of using the program at times, could be designed to be more simplified.

    Pros: I have been using MQ for approx 20 years - all the way back to when it was on floppy discs. It's been one of the reasons I have been able to survive and thrive in the mortgage business for over 30 years. Automated newsletters, birthday and holiday cards and constant contact with borrowers and their agents.

    Cons: The software is maybe a little antiquated but it still works great. For me that is not a con
