EOS or BOS self-implementers

About MonsterOps

MonsterOps is a Business Operating System (BOS) platform built for SMBs and scaleups that want structure without enterprise bloat. It helps founders and leadership teams run on EOS for self-implementers or any BOS, using one simple hub instead of scattered spreadsheets, docs, and tools.

What MonsterOps does
• Keep teams aligned and accountable
• Help run leadership meetings
• Increase team performance & execution with clear goals and priorities

Who it’s for
• Founders / CEOs tired of chasing updates in spreadsheets and Slack
• Leadership teams running (or wanting to run) EOS or a similar BOS
• Operations leaders who need visibility across departments and initiatives
• For EOS self-implementers who read books like Traction and can't afford an official EOS implementer

Problems we solve
• Goals not hit because nobody tracks them consistently
• "Rocks"/priorities forgotten after quarterly meetings
• KPIs/Scorecards living in spreadsheets

"Finally a single hub for priorities, KPIs, and meeting follow through"

    Posted 2026-01-09

Pros: As an executive assistant supporting a founder and CMO, I’m usually the one chasing updates across Slack threads, docs, and spreadsheets before leadership meetings. MonsterOps pulled everything into one place. Goals and rocks are clear, scorecards are easy to review weekly, and meeting agendas feel more structured so the team leaves with owners and due dates instead of vague “we’ll follow up” notes.

I also like how it supports the EOS-style rhythm without feeling heavy. It’s simple enough to keep momentum, but structured enough that priorities don’t drift after planning.

Cons: We’re still relatively new to the tool, so we haven’t run into any real issues yet. So far, nothing has stood out as a downside.

Overall: MonsterOps is already making our meetings cleaner and execution more consistent. If you support a founder or leadership team and you’re tired of “where’s the latest version” chaos, this gives you one operating hub to track priorities, metrics, issues, and next steps. It’s been a strong upgrade from managing things in scattered documents.
