    "Cheap copypaste version of Google Ads with poor support"

    Pros: - Importing from Google Ads to Microsoft Ads account
    - Everything looks familiar like in Google Ads
    - That's all!

    Cons: - Their support reps don't have any power or knowledge to solve any of your technical problems you may encounter, they just explain you why you don't need any of the bugged features.
    - Manager accounts are also implemented terribly creating more mess for their accounts.
    - The system periodically locks your account/s and asks for verification. Hello "Usage limit exceeded. Try again tomorrow." when you can't access your account for hours

    Overall: The service is stuck in a bunch of technical problems that they haven't been able to solve for a long time - for example, user name of an account. In Google Ads it's not a big issue, but here I lost dozens of hours talking with useless support. Plus the service is always linked to another terrible service live.com which also gives its own issues like locking your account because of "Suspicious behaviour". If they had solved all the technical problems and inconveniences, the service would have been rated above average, although not up to Google Ads. But technical support and bug fixing on Microsoft ads is just terrible.

    The user can import their pre-made campaign form other platform, like Google Ads, this helps in getting started quickly.
    It is more affordable than other platforms, this makes it an ideal choice, especially for small organizations and individuals.

    Cons: The quality of traffic generated can be sometimes low, resulting in wastage of some portion of money.
    The average CPC rate can be sometimes higher than the competitors.
