Microsoft Access

Pros: I don't have a lot to say that is good about this product but might be because I didn't understand it.

Cons: I went through a full training for this program and by the end of the last day, I still didn't understand it.

Overall: I saw others understand with some struggle. But I was not able to get this program down. I much prefer to just use excel for what I need.

Pros: - Microsoft access can be highly customizable according to the user's preference and needs.
- It is a widely used software, so the community support is tremendous.
- For using Microsoft Access, there is no need to learn a new language, just knowing SQL queries does the job.

Cons: - It is not a suitable database option for handling a large database or multiple users.
- There is a lot of room for improvement in the user interface of the software.

Overall: Overall, Microsoft Access is a straightforward and widely used database that could be customized as per user preferences. The operational part of the software is easy to get started if the user has a prior knowledge of any relational database like SQL.

Pros: Not many pros for using this. Access is used only when we have no option such as restriction on other apps.

Cons: Buggy, lags when importing even simple DBs. Excel, SQL and even python's microsheet are better than Access.

Overall: Have completely stopped using this since we got PowerQuery embedded into PowerBI and Excel got query tools in-built.

Pros: Helps you to maintain and manage your database easily.
Easy to use and has a great interface for the users.
Really simple to configure.

Cons: No cons, it's a simple and plain database application.

Overall: Microsoft Access is a really easy to use with great interface application for maintaining your database.
It's a data management tools for your small and large business.

Pros: This software is amazing and allows you to organize your databases within one application! I highly recommend this software.

Cons: It is a part of Microsoft 365 and sadly need to buy the whole system to get access to access.

Overall: Microsoft Access has nothing wrong with the software it works as advertised with complete connectivity to all other Microsoft applications.

Its forms and pivot charts helps in updating the data in connection. Can provide the links to other access databases and update the same.

Cons: Detailed knowledge is required for management of records and data connection. Major tools are available however the nomenclature is might different from MS excel and hence training is mandatory.

Multiple forms can be created and user can enter the respective fields only. Bit technical but user can use for layman usages and generate the charts, reports and tables as per his requirement.
