Pros: Not too difficult to use, excellent customer service, price is reasonable compared to others, there are a variety of features available.
Cons: If you don't logout correctly the browsers has to be closed and reopened before you can login again.
Overall: Overall it has been a good experience. When help is needed it's easily available. When there are features that we would like to have we feel listed to.

Pros: The staff really make this product great, knowledgeable, friendly and there when you need them most.
Product is easy to use and if you have any questions, staff instantly is there to help with a call or email.Cons: Product looks a little outdated, but the staff makes up for it hands down.
Overall: Fantastic, I have never had any problems with them. I would give the staff I higher rating if I could because they really make the product worth it. The immediate attention that they give you for questions is just excellent.

Pros: The support team is what sold us on this product. They are so helpful and willing to do whatever it takes. The system itself is usable for all types of healthcare needs.
Cons: The reports could have more options on formatting.
Overall: The system is worth it, especially with the amount of support you get if anything is ever needed. I haven't had any complaints from our providers.

Pros: The system is user friendly. We had no problem with our staff navigating the system. The options are unlimited. The reports helped all my providers.

Pros: The system is sound and always up. The support is above all else. I am a billing service and work with 12-15 client softwares. None are as accessible and responsive as Mercury.
We chose Mercury as our house software after 23 years of working in countless PM systems. The features and customizations are abundant if you desire, they’re available.Cons: So many features, it can appear overwhelming initially.
Overall: A solid product, abundant customization, a good choice. Particularly applaud the support and service is concierge level.

Pros: The system itself is very user friendly, logical and very easy to learn. The system is capable of many different types of medical billing and is very thorough if needed or very basic if needed. There are many ways to retrieve your data for the exact type of report that is needed. The main pro about Mercury Medical is the staff and customer service. Every single time I needed help or needed something created the staff made it happen.
Cons: I've been using this system for twenty plus years and don't have a single complaint.
Overall: A very reliable, sensible and accurate system with a great staff. A great system for beginners and the highly detailed.

Pros: I love how easy it is to use! It is very straight forward and has very amazing, easy to use features.
Cons: I wish that the itemized receipts were in a better format. I wish there was a home button.

Pros: The Job System in Mercury One Plus allows you to set up task that will automatically generate, once the Job has been created. As well, you can set up management reports, customer reports, statements, and so much more in the Job system to streamline your day to day needs.
Administrative abilities allow you to set up Mercury One Plus in many different facets for quality and production. As well, Mercury One Plus is easy to use for day to day billing needs.
Mercury One Plus has the ability to interface and adapt to customer needs, a real plus for billing companies growing in this industry.

Pros: I absolutely love this program from the easiness to navigate to the support staff. Their options for reports are almost endless.
Cons: I have nothing bad to say about this program. I don't have to troubleshoot if there is an issue because they will either guide me through the issue or correct it for me.

Pros: I enjoy this software due to the ease of entering new patients information and switching between providers. I also appreciate the quick responses from their support team. They have competitive pricing and are always available to help.
Cons: Certain tasks can be tricky to complete such as correction claims or printing claims without submitting.

Pros: Mercury products helped save a large anesthesia group I was handling inside my billing service. If it wasn't for the amazing support and the customization I probably wouldn't have kept them.
Cons: Nothing that I can note. I haven't run into anything I wasn't able to get help with when needed.
Overall: Fantastic system, all products have helped me with providers and companies. Support is in a timely manner and the development team is always willing to help.
