Pros: The administration of tasks is something completely important and that greatly influences our decision making and our group management for the development of activities. What I like the most about MeisterTask is that it not only works for managing scheduled and to-do tasks, but also allows me to perform tasks in a group. MeisterTask offers me a section in the panel where I can add the task that I will carry out, and I can also add the participants who will be participating in the task that will be carried out. MeisterTask is perfect for improving work productivity, as it allows me to finish my tasks faster thanks to the mutual support of colleagues.

Cons: I have never had any problems with MeisterTask.

Overall: This platform has always allowed me to manage all my tasks, and it has also allowed me to complete my tasks thanks to group work. MeisterTask is the essential platform for any company considering implementing it, as it will improve productivity and allow employees to be more aware of the tasks that have been placed on them, along with the exact time when they must deliver it.

Pros: MeisterTask is too complete a platform for task administration and requirements management. What I like the most about MeisterTask is its UI, it is the best UI I have seen so far, for a task management service, because I can modify it, change the colors and move the sections of "pending tasks, tasks completed, tasks in progress ". Editing this UI is very good, as I can put these sections wherever I see fit, and I can have better comfort. I also like being able to see the progress of each task in real time, with MeisterTask I can see the percentage progress of my tasks in real time, and also the progress of the tasks that my work colleagues are doing.

Cons: I have never had any problems while using MeisterTask, I am very grateful to have this platform in my work sector because I have been able to keep a total control of all the tasks that are sent to us and I have also been able to know the exact date I must deliver them. MeisterTask has never been faulty, we have always managed our tasks with this platform smoothly and we have always been able to perform tasks as a group without any interruption.

Overall: My overall experience with MeisterTask has been really good. For me, it is very important to keep a full control of all the details that a task has and what process will be used to complete it. MeisterTask has been a very good platform to help me get all those details, since it allows you to add notes to the tasks, in order to finish them faster. In addition, with MeisterTask I can carry out my tasks with the participation of my colleagues, thanks to the excellent panel it has, I can have group communication during the development of each task. This platform is amazing, it works in real time and allows me to know the real status of all the tasks in my company.

Pros: It has been very intuitive to work within this platform since it keeps the work team organized and attentive to the tasks that are assigned to them in order to fulfill them within the established deadline. I really like that it can be integrated with Slack in order to maintain a more direct communication between the entire work team and there is also clarity and transparency in the proposed objectives. I like that it can notify people by email that their task has not been completed or the task is about to be due. I can keep track of who has completed and who has not.

Cons: I have had a good experience using this platform to improve the organization of my work team by assigning specific tasks for Lara employee. However, I have noticed small problems such as sending comments that are not sent and I have to make several attempts, I have tried the internet connection and that is not the problem. Also sometimes the website tends to be a little slow making this not so effective for daily work, but this has not been an impediment to leave MeisterTask since they are small problems that sometimes arise.

Overall: It has been possible to have a better efficiency with respect to that the employees fulfill their objectives in their determined term. MeisterTask has helped to optimize how the company works, thus being able to have more staff with high efficiency and also to maintain communication between us. This platform has been a participant in the changes by being able to successfully complete projects within the established deadlines, thus ensuring better performance and a structured organization, avoiding confusion or setbacks.

Pros: MeisterTask has helped me a lot within my work sector, this platform has been incredible to be able to maintain a correct order in all the tasks that are pending to be done within my work area. What I like the most about MeisterTask is that I receive alerts at the exact moment when new tasks are placed in my panel, in this way I can keep an eye on each task that has been assigned for me or for my work colleagues. In addition, MeisterTask offers me a completely complete panel in which I can add notes to the tasks, I can add delivery time and I can also put the percentage of progress of each task that I am doing.

Cons: I haven't had any problems with MeisterTask since I started using it in my work area, this platform has been totally effective and has allowed me to monitor the tasks that my co-workers are doing and also be aware of all the tasks that I have pending to be done. MeisterTask is a very good platform and it has never given me any problem.

Overall: I love the way MeisterTask helps me organize all the tasks within my job sector. Previously, I forgot the tasks that I had to do, however, since the arrival of MeisterTask everything changed in a positive way, and I have been able to be more attentive to all the tasks that are carried out within my work sector. MeisterTask has always run smoothly, despite having several tasks in constant progress, it has always maintained perfect fluidity in reviewing and managing tasks. Its version for mobile phones is also very good, it sends constant notifications of each project progress and when the delivery time of the tasks is approaching.

Pros: The effectiveness of MeisterTask in managing all kinds of business task is impressive. What I liked the most about this platform is that it has a fairly complete panel in which I can view various sections where pending tasks are inserted, planned, those that are in progress and those that have already been completed. A wide form in one place helps me to be more organized and to know what tasks I must complete within my work area. Also, I really like that MeisterTask can give reminders from time to time, when a task is only a few days away, when there are hours or when the due time is approaching. It is fantastic to be able to receive these notifications at all times, it helps me to stay more aware of any task.

Cons: One of the things that must be improved in MeisterTask in order to boost and optimize the user experience is the application for mobile phones. The desktop platform is quite complete, it helps to stay informed about any notification or change in pending tasks, in addition, it offers teamwork to be able to complete any task, however, the mobile app is a bit more complicated to use, the panel you use on mobile devices is quite compact, and it is difficult to review all pending tasks or tasks that have already been completed. I would like to be able to enjoy a mobile application, where the sections are better organized, in a similar way to the computer version, to be able to have a complete visualization and not have complications searching for pending tasks.

Overall: Currently in our company, we only use MeisterTask in its computer version, since as I mentioned before, the application for mobile phones is quite comfortable to manage tasks. In my general experience, MeisterTask has gone a long way in keeping me on top of tasks and also in being able to communicate with my colleagues to finish tasks faster. MeisterTask has a section where we can open a task and perform it together with one of our colleagues, this allows us to integrate more ideas and finish the task faster. I'm grateful for the overall functioning of MeisterTask, it is an amazing platform for managing day-to-day tasks.

Pros: With this web task management platform, I can keep the entire work team organized within the company, thus optimizing the entire workflow of daily tasks, thus being able to execute them correctly and without mishaps. With MeisterTask the success rate can be exponentially improved in all aspects thanks to the fact that a good administrative optimization of each work area is achieved, being able to establish deadlines in the programming of what needs to be done. Its learning curve is very short and it has kept it that way thorugh its updates and improvements, so I can mention that it has functions that are very easy to access and learn to use. It has a very pleasant and flexible environment that also allows you to simultaneously manage projects involving large amounts of work in an orderly and simple way.

Cons: I can mention that I dislike how the prices are a bit high with respect to the services it offers, I am not saying that it is a bad task management platform, simple that the functions that it has are an overrated price. I don't know if it is my case, but when I have a lot of tasks in a windows or view within the panel of this platform it tends to slow down my computer, is there a way to optimize that?

Overall: I have been able to have a high success rate after using MeisterTask, my team works in an organized way when we have a clear assignment of tasks, in addition it has been possible to track who has completed it and notify those who have not. I can finish my daily work being able to see what tasks I have a assigned in my work and add personal tasks for my work development. In addition, we have also been able to improve the areas where the work team has deficiencies in order to improve the aspects that are failing.

Pros: MeisterTask increases the productivity and ability to manage projects from anywhere. It effectively boosts the team collaboration spirit. On a broader scale, it works great in mid businesses. The file share and other collaboration work seamlessly.

Cons: The due date should have auto reminder for projects.

Overall: My team internal team loving this platform. It gives great power on-screen to work in a collaborative environment. The user interface is super user friendly. Overall, it's an excellent tool.

Pros: MeisterTask helped my team to always stay on top of every project. Its interface is super streamlined and ideal for project management. I liked being able to assign tasks in one action. The project board is highly customizable. You can automate custom workflow.

Cons: Task visualization is very basic. No other cons.

Pros: We can collaborate with every team member no matter where they are. Its home screen provides most of the functions on one page. I liked its time and expenses integration and file sharing to share files without switching tabs.

#2- MeisterTask can be integrated with the Slack app, gives you platforms combine all resources.
#3- It indicates the project timeline, with a chart and gives well information about its progress.

Cons: #1-Nothing to dislike about MeisterTask. It's the simplest task manager.

Overall: MeisterTask is a simple task manager. We use it with Slack integration. It gives us a seamless experience to control and organize tasks right from the Slack app. It gives project task time tracking, due date reminder and effortless way co-ordinate with co-workers.

Pros: I've tried out and worked in a lot of software and this is the best I've worked with and as a freelancer this is the one I've stuck with the longest and plan to continue to use it. I'm really happy with the level of projects that can be created and a timetracker. I use this just for myself and know I could add on other members if I want to but I don't think I need to. I'm really happy with it and I can't see a reason to move on.

Cons: I've been using it for about a year and I don't see anything that nags at me.

Overall: For my needs this has timetracking, due dates and simple project/client navigation. Suits me perfectly.

Pros: Very user-friendly and organized. I like how I can organize team tasks for several projects. Great interface.

Cons: App is almost perfect, only the Time-tracking feature in mobile is not working. The time-tracking feature in desktop doesn't show the exact time that was taken to finish the task. Opening the desktop app is usually slow.

Overall: It's a good app. It's very useful especially for startups.

Pros: I have tried several other project-oriented websites. MeisterTask is my favorite. As a creative, I enjoy the photos of nature and quotes, but also the well-designed layout. I find it easy to add and edit projects. I really like the feature where you can break down each project into smaller tasks, yet still see how it fits into the whole. This works with my visual reward system! I find it highly motivating.

Cons: I would refer to myself as a basic user, so I am likely not receiving the full benefit. I haven't used it for group/team endeavors so I can't comment on that.

Overall: Excellent! Easy to use, but also a pleasure to use--not only for the visual reward I get from completing a task, but also for the well-designed interface.

Pros: I've tried Trello, Airtable, and other Kanban-enabled organizational tools, but Meistertask is the only one that's worked for me—the interface is clean and intuitive, the pricing is fair, and the free version has a complete feature set for my workflow.

Cons: Only a couple small issues with the interface: it would be easier to work with attachments if the file also has a title displayed instead of just an icon (right now the title displays only in a tooltip), and it seems only PDFs have a preview image capture.

Overall: Overall a great experience. I hope to keep using Meistertask for not only my business organizational needs, but also my personal needs.

Pros: Love the interface... I find it more amenable to creativity than other tools I tried before. Very colorful and easy to move cards in and out of projects.

Cons: I would add the option to colorize a card, so that it stands out with respect to others.

Overall: My rating is based on its utility as a personal tool for planning activities and tasks. I cannot speak for corporate/organizational demands, although I'm sure it handles it well.

Pros: It is flexible to set up according your needs. It has the management of breaking things down already built in (relations). It's intuitively usable. I can use it on PC and iPhone.

Cons: I'm missing the capability to paste pictures into a task's notes and it will get automatically saved as attachment. And I'm missing to move around between the sections by clicking and dragging.
...and what I really hate: hidden scroll bars! Please show them! At least at the bottom of the client area.

Overall: Very nice tool I like a lot! Using it almost daily now.

Pros: Great for own tasks, allowing others to see what I'm working on, and assigning tasks to others. Great that free version allows you to create multiple projects (which I use for multiple streams of work and workpackages, within multiple academic projects).

Cons: Would be awesome if it had an in-built timeline/Gantt/sprint feature for an overview across projects.

Overall: Useful software, grateful for level of functionality at the basic and free version.
