    Pros: - good quality
    - I like their dashboard, it's very easy to manage your different projects
    - It works best when you work with the same designer so he/she knows your expectations better

    Cons: - I have to share the password with my team but they say multi-users is coming soon

    Overall: We are happy with the service, I would recommend it to other small businesses or agencies. Good value for money.

    Pros: Their platform is super easy to use and communication with the designers has been smooth. You can expect fast and good designs as long as you are able to articulate clearly what you want and provide good examples.

    Cons: I don't see any dowside. I am very happy as a whole.

    Pros: - Their designs are really nice. I use them for social media graphics, illustrations, and website designs.
    - I really like their support team, they are always available to help
    - Very good price, especially if you always have ongoing projects.
    - We used to do everything in-house so this has been a huge time saver for us.

    Cons: - Sometimes you have to do a few iterations before getting the design right. But that's the case with any designer.

    Overall: I have been using them for 5+ months and am very happy with my designs. It has been a real game changer for my small agency.

    "No support provided and designs are not worth the price"

    Pros: Can be helpful as a stop gap solution while you find a good designer to help you with your design requirement.

    Cons: No proper support provided. It's either project manager will get to you or account manager will get back to you which never happens.
    Designs are just ok for the pricing.

    Overall: The designs do not justify their subscription price. If you need any changes you are out of luck. It will take you forever to get those changes executed. Project managers pass any question on account manager and account manager passes it back to project manager.

    No timely reply from their live chat option which claims to reply in minutes.

    The daily output mentioned on their website is not even close to what you will actually get.
