    "Poor customer service"

    Posted 2022-01-30

Pros: The one guy emailed me personally and we worked on a couple of issues.
Repairs - 4.5 stars. (not all repaired well, but still the best I've found).

Cons: I paid an annual for the Maker level. First, the allotted number of repairs didn't reset each month. After they fixed that, the annual allotment didn't refresh. Many, repeated emails did not get any response. Still haven't heard from them (Jan 30, 2022) about resetting my allotment for Jan1. My credit card needed changed, so after that, it didn't show the update in my account. I haven't heard from them about resets, repairs, etc. since. Customer service - 1 star.

Overall: If they start replying again and keep up with customer resets, they did have good repair service.
