Just like any mobile messaging app. It also lets you know when the emails you receive are being tracked, with Mailsuite's Incoming tracked email indicator. We add very little to your Gmail account, just a couple of buttons, check marks and dots.

    Pros: Easy to use, simple UI. Works quickly nothing too technical great for everyone. If you are not tech savvy its ideal. Simplicity for sure regarding the whole setup.

    Cons: I am not sure about how real Mailsuite's tracking reports are????? When i send a campaign i get many email & link clicks very soon after the campaign is sent......How is this possible?

    I sent the same campaign using another email sending program and used BRANDLY email tracking service for link clicks. The results were completely different. Mailsuite's link clicks came in at around 30 & Brandly's link click came in at around 4. How can there be such a huge difference in link clicks, i used the exact same link in both campaigns???

    Overall: A bit weird about Mailsuite's results with link clicks???? Helpful staff email problem solving.

    Pros: The real time insights which offers insights into when recipients open the emails, which enhances communication awareness.
    Tailoring the tracking preferences allowing us to choose the level of tracking we want to monitor.

    Cons: Some advanced features are missing in the free version which makes it difficult to try fully & look for the implementation for a long journey.

    Overall: Overall it has been a game changer in my email strategy allowing me to track recipients interactions allowing me to measure effectiveness of my emails.
